Mobile Toilet Layout Plan

Admin 13 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet layout plan needs to be scientifically planned in combination with scenario requirements, layout principles, and implementation steps, as follows:

I. Scenario-Based Requirement Analysis

The requirements for mobile toilets vary significantly across different scenarios, necessitating targeted resource allocation. Large-scale event scenarios: For events like marathons and music festivals with large single-day crowds, it is essential to predict peak periods (such as the start and end of the event), allocate toilet stalls in a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.5, and set up guidance signs at entrances and queuing areas. Construction project scenarios: Construction sites need to consider worker shifts and tool storage. It is recommended to allocate one standard toilet stall per 50 workers, adjusting the male-to-female ratio according to actual needs, and prioritizing single-unit public toilets with compartments, handwashing stations, and simple lighting. Temporary capacity expansion in scenic spots: During holidays when tourist traffic surges, modular public toilets are recommended for their ease of rapid assembly and mobility, while also integrating with the scenic spot's design style to minimize visual intrusion.

II. Three Principles for Scientific Layout

Distance adaptation principle: For large-scale events, allocate one mobile public toilet per 500 people, with a service radius not exceeding 300 meters; construction sites should be located near living areas, with a walking distance controlled within 200 meters. Functional zoning principle: It is recommended to allocate toilet stalls in a male-to-female ratio of 1:1.2, add accessible restrooms (including baby care stations), and equip them with basic supplies such as toilet paper and hand sanitizer; install sunshades or cooling equipment in hot weather, and maintain appropriate temperatures in cold environments through underfloor heating pipelines and heat recovery ventilation systems. Environmental compliance principle: Prioritize environmentally friendly public toilets with flushing or vacuum sewage systems to prevent odor diffusion; waste should be regularly collected and transported in compliance with local sanitation department requirements.

III. Implementation Steps

Preliminary research: Communicate with the demand side 7-10 days in advance to clarify event time, crowd size, site restrictions, and other information, and draw a simple floor plan marking positions; determine the number of toilets based on the number of construction workers, project duration, and peak periods at construction sites. Equipment selection: For event scenarios, recommend double-unit public toilets with partitions (six compartments each for men and women); for scenic spots, choose prefabricated mobile restrooms; when accessible facilities or cooling designs are required in hot areas, communicate with the rental company in advance for customized solutions. Installation and commissioning: A professional team should complete the installation 24 hours before the event, testing the water and electricity systems and ventilation equipment; place them according to the planned positions, ensuring the spacing complies with fire safety regulations (at least 0.5 meters), and connect to temporary sewage pipes or septic tanks. Daily maintenance: Clean at least once a day, increasing to twice during peak periods, with a focus on disinfecting high-contact areas; the rental company should commit to arriving on-site for repairs within 2 hours. Post-event maintenance: Complete equipment removal within 48 hours after the event, conduct thorough cleaning and disinfection; clean up surrounding garbage and restore the ground to its original condition.
