Mobile Toilet Keel Frame
There are mainly two types of keel frames for mobile toilets, with their material and process characteristics as follows:

1. Keel Frame of Light Steel Mobile Toilets
The main frame of light steel mobile toilets adopts hot-dip galvanized steel keels, with the main material being Q235B or higher-grade steel. This type of steel has high strength and toughness, meeting the structural requirements of mobile toilets in various usage scenarios. The hot-dip galvanizing process involves immersing the steel into molten zinc to form a dense zinc alloy coating, effectively isolating the steel from the external environment and preventing rust. Combined with anti-corrosion coating processes, the service life of the main structure of the light steel keel can exceed fifteen years, significantly reducing long-term maintenance costs.
Light steel keels offer high cost-effectiveness, and their design requires precise calculation of load distribution. For example, during lifting and transportation, the frame must withstand dynamic loads; during use, it must handle static and dynamic loads from human activity and wind. Through reasonable structural optimization, light steel keels can ensure overall stability, safeguarding the stability and safety of mobile toilets. Additionally, hot-dip galvanizing further enhances rust resistance, making it particularly suitable for humid or rainy regions.
2. Keel Frame Welded from High-Quality Galvanized Square Tubes
Some mobile toilets use high-quality galvanized square tubes welded as the keel frame, with core advantages in process simplicity and appearance optimization. Galvanized square tubes inherently possess rust resistance, and welding connects the components into a stable structure. During welding, strict control of weld quality is necessary to avoid defects such as porosity and cracks, ensuring the frame's strength and durability.
For surface treatment, such frames adopt high-temperature powder coating processes. The coating not only further isolates the steel from corrosive media but also provides a smooth and attractive appearance, enhancing the overall aesthetics of the mobile toilet. High-temperature powder coatings have strong adhesion and are less likely to peel off, maintaining surface quality over the long term. Additionally, the selection of galvanized square tube specifications should be based on the size and load requirements of the mobile toilet, typically using national standard square tubes to ensure structural safety.
Both keel frames achieve the goals of rust prevention, durability, and structural stability through material and process optimization. However, light steel keels focus more on long-term service life and load calculation, while galvanized square tube frames balance cost and appearance requirements.
