Internal Structure of Mobile Toilets
The internal structure of mobile toilets mainly includes components such as the foundation structure, walls and roof, sanitary facilities, and other facilities.

Foundation Structure: The foundation structure of a mobile toilet is a frame-type structure welded from steel. Generally, the bottom is welded using channel steel or I-beams, while the columns are made of square steel. This frame structure meets the requirements for lifting, facilitating easy movement and installation, and providing a stable support for the entire toilet.
Walls and Roof: Wall materials are installed on top of the foundation structure. Common options include color-coated steel plates, metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and anti-corrosion wood, each with different characteristics and aesthetic appeal, allowing for selection based on actual needs. The roof panels are often made of corrugated sheets, serving to shield against wind and rain.
Sanitary Facilities:
- Shower Room: The interior space is spacious, with a showerhead and faucet already installed, ready for use once connected to a water supply. The floor tiles on one side of the showerhead are designed with a slope to guide water flow, ensuring smooth drainage towards the outlet. The floor is made of marble tiles, which are slip-resistant, wear-resistant, and durable. The faucet is made of 304 stainless steel, the showerhead allows for adjustable water flow, and the enclosure is well-sealed, ensuring comfort and safety during use.
- Washing Facilities: A pedestal sink is installed at the entrance, offering a simple and elegant appearance. The sink is equipped with a 304 stainless steel faucet, facilitating easy washing for users.
- Toilets: Male urinals are provided, with flush valves already installed. Some toilets also include squat (or sit) toilets inside. Each squat toilet measures 1.00 to 1.20 meters in length by 0.85 to 1.20 meters in width, while each urinal station (including the urinal) measures 0.70 meters in depth by 0.65 meters in width, with a spacing of 0.80 meters between individual urinals. Partitions are installed in the toilet stalls to protect personal privacy.
Other Facilities:
- Fecal Sewage Storage Tank (or Fecal Sewage Treatment Device): Used for storing or treating fecal sewage, ensuring a hygienic environment in the toilet.
- Water Tank: Provides a water source for flushing and other functions, ensuring the normal operation of the toilet.
- Light Switch: Installed at the entrance, facilitating easy turning on and off of lights when users enter or exit.
- Smart System: Some mobile toilet products are equipped with smart systems, such as a bottom-layer PLC data acquisition system, a 40-inch LED toilet stall monitor, and a 4G remote monitoring module, supporting remote control of lighting and flushing systems via a mobile app, enhancing management efficiency and convenience for the toilet.
