Mobile Toilet Interior Wall
Common materials for the interior walls of mobile toilets include high-density PVC panels, stainless steel panels, metal carved panels, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, phenolic resin panels, polyester fiber panels, and color-coated steel panels, each with its own characteristics.

High-density PVC panels are one of the commonly used materials for the interior walls of mobile toilets. Their smooth surface makes them resistant to dirt buildup, and they can be easily cleaned with a simple rinse, effectively reducing cleaning workload and maintenance costs.
Stainless steel panels are also a popular choice, especially 304 stainless steel, which has a yield strength of ≥205MPa and a tensile strength of ≥520MPa, offering excellent corrosion resistance. In environments like mobile toilets, where they may be exposed to moisture and dirt, stainless steel panels can maintain stable performance over the long term, resisting rust and deformation, and providing a long service life.
Metal carved panels are also used in some regions, such as Jinan, Shandong, where related interior and exterior wall insulation and decorative panels are sold. These panels not only have a certain degree of strength but also serve as insulation and decoration, enhancing the overall aesthetic appeal and practicality of mobile toilets.
Fiberglass-reinforced plastic has high strength and can withstand a certain amount of external impact without being easily damaged. It also has waterproof and moisture-resistant properties, making it suitable for use in the humid environment of mobile toilets, effectively preventing wall mold and deterioration due to moisture.
Phenolic resin panels have good mechanical strength, ensuring the structural stability of the walls. Their waterproof and moisture-resistant properties are also prominent, preventing wall damage caused by water penetration and extending the service life of mobile toilets.
Polyester fiber panels also have waterproof and moisture-resistant characteristics, effectively resisting the humid environment inside mobile toilets. Additionally, they offer some sound insulation, reducing noise interference between the inside and outside of the toilet and enhancing the user experience.
Color-coated steel panels can also be used for the walls of mobile toilets, such as a structure with double-sided color-coated steel panels sandwiching polyurethane foam. This structure has high overall strength and corrosion resistance, and the polyurethane foam provides good insulation, keeping the interior of the mobile toilet at a relatively comfortable temperature in different seasons.
