The interior installation of mobile toilets varies depending on the type, with specific steps as follows:

Installation Steps for Mobile Toilets (Toilet Bowl Type)

• Check Components: Open the package and carefully inspect all components to ensure they are complete. This is the foundation for ensuring smooth installation and avoiding interruptions due to missing key components.
• Install Toilet Flange: Install the toilet flange onto the drainpipe, ensuring that the center of the flange aligns precisely with the center of the drainpipe. Then, place the toilet bowl steadily and ensure a tight and accurate connection between the toilet and the flange to prevent water leakage during subsequent use.
• Install Angle Valve and Connecting Components: Install the angle valve and connect the three-way fitting for the water inlet and the spray head. This step requires ensuring a secure connection to prevent loosening, which could lead to water leakage and affect the normal use of the mobile toilet.
• Connect Water Inlet Hose: Screw on the water inlet hose of the toilet bowl, ensuring a tight connection to prevent leakage and ensure smooth water flow into the toilet.
• Assemble Toilet Spray Head: Tighten the sealing gaskets at both ends of the toilet spray head, and after assembly, connect it to the other end of the three-way fitting. The tightness of the sealing gaskets should be moderate; over-tightening may damage the gaskets, while under-tightening may cause water leakage.
• Install Spray Head Bracket: Forcefully snap the spray head bracket onto the top of the three-way fitting, ensuring that the bracket is securely installed and can stably support the spray head.
• Test Water and Apply Sealant: After completing the above steps, conduct a water test on the toilet to check for water leakage at each connection point. If the water test is successful, apply sealant to further enhance the sealing and prevent water seepage.

• Prepare Tools: After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun. These tools are necessary for completing the installation.
• Install Inner Corners: Install the inner corners one by one first to provide a stable frame structure for subsequent panel assembly.
• Assemble Panels: Insert the panels into the slots and align them to ensure tight and flat connections between the panels. After aligning the top and panels, drill holes with the drill bit, insert rivets, and secure them with the rivet gun to make the entire structure of the mobile toilet more stable.
