Introduction to Intelligent Mobile Toilets

Admin 11 de octubre de 2026

The intelligence of mobile toilets is primarily reflected in the digital and intelligent upgrading and transformation of traditional mobile toilets through the use of Internet of Things (IoT), big data, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, and automatic control technologies. This is specifically manifested in the following aspects:

I. Intelligent Hardware Facilities
Some intelligent mobile toilets adopt a modular design, such as a U-shaped apple cabin structure, with the exterior walls using fluorocarbon-painted aluminum panels to enhance durability and aesthetics. Internally, they are equipped with an intelligent system that integrates functions such as automatic lighting (triggered by human body induction or light sensors), sensor-activated handwashing (infrared-sensing water outlet), and automatic flushing (based on infrared obstacle avoidance sensors detecting toilet usage or timed triggering), reducing manual operations and lowering energy consumption. For example, a microcontroller-based system centered around the STM32F103C8T6 monitors water supply stability through MSP20 water pressure and air pressure sensors, ensuring reliable flushing functionality.

II. Environmental Monitoring and Regulation
Intelligent mobile toilets are equipped with various gas sensors (such as MQ136 hydrogen sulfide sensors and MQ137 ammonia sensors) to monitor indoor air quality in real-time. When ammonia or hydrogen sulfide concentrations exceed standards, the system automatically activates ventilation equipment (such as exhaust fans) for air replacement, effectively addressing odor issues in traditional public toilets. Additionally, infrared beam sensors can count foot traffic, providing data support for operation and maintenance scheduling.

III. Data Transmission and Remote Management
Real-time positioning is achieved through GPS modules, facilitating quick responses to maintenance needs; WiFi modules upload sensor data (such as gas concentrations, foot traffic, and equipment status) to a cloud platform, allowing managers to remotely monitor toilet operation status via an app and implement functions such as fault warnings and consumable replenishment reminders. For example, the system can record data such as the number of flushes and ventilation durations to optimize maintenance plans.

IV. Fully Closed-Loop Management System
Smart public toilets (including intelligent mobile toilets) establish a closed-loop system of 'perception and collection - transmission and analysis - intelligent decision-making - automatic execution - operation and maintenance management': sensors collect environmental and equipment data, the cloud platform analyzes it and generates decision-making instructions (such as automatic flushing and ventilation), execution units (motors, valves, etc.) respond to the instructions, and ultimately, refined and low-carbon management is achieved through the operation and maintenance platform. This system addresses issues such as odor nuisance, toilet congestion, and delayed maintenance in traditional public toilets, enhancing service humanization.

V. Wide Range of Application Scenarios
Intelligent mobile toilets have been widely applied in urban municipal settings, transportation hubs, tourist attractions, medical institutions, and other scenarios. For example, in tourist attractions, foot traffic monitoring optimizes toilet stall allocation; transportation hubs utilize positioning functions for rapid cleaning scheduling; medical institutions ensure hygiene and safety through gas monitoring, achieving a comprehensive upgrade in public toilet services and management.
