Mobile Toilet Installation Service Process

Admin 07 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet installation service process mainly consists of three stages: pre-installation preparation, on-site installation implementation, and post-installation acceptance and delivery, along with adherence to relevant precautions and safety regulations, as detailed below:

Pre-Installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey and Planning: Confirm the installation location with the customer in advance, avoiding low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage lines, and obstacles. Measure the site dimensions to ensure the toilet access passage width is ≥1.2 meters and reserve operational space to provide basic conditions for subsequent installation.
  2. Material Inventory and Inspection: Upon arrival, carefully check the quantity, model, and accessories of the mobile toilets, such as sinks, flushing devices, and sewage pipes. Simultaneously, inspect the equipment for any external damage and ensure the internal facilities are intact to meet installation requirements.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation: Equip tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, and spirit levels according to installation needs, and arrange 2-3 professional installers. If the toilet is large or the installation environment is complex, coordinate equipment like cranes to assist with handling.

On-Site Installation Implementation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing Operations: Hoist the toilet body to the designated position and use a spirit level to adjust the equipment for stability, with a deviation not exceeding 3mm. Subsequently, secure the equipment with expansion bolts or counterweights to ensure its stability.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging: Connect the sewage pipe to the nearest sewer or designated sewage collection tank, ensuring a pipe slope of ≥2% for smooth drainage. Connect the water supply, recommending the use of a pipe with a diameter ≥DN20, and test the flushing function and drainage seal to ensure the normal operation of the water and electricity systems.
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning: Install accessories such as door curtains and anti-slip mats, and check the flexibility of door locks and flush buttons. Clean and disinfect the interior and place consumables like air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.

Post-Installation Acceptance and Delivery

  1. Function Testing Checklist: Press the flush button three times consecutively to test drainage smoothness; evenly step on the top of the equipment to check structural stability, ensuring the toilet functions normally.
  2. Delivery Document Confirmation: Provide the customer with an 'Equipment Installation Acceptance Form', indicating the installation date, warranty period, and usage instructions, completing the delivery process.

Precautions and Safety Regulations

  1. Installation Safety Requirements: Wear a safety harness during high-altitude operations, prohibit installation in windy (≥Level 5) weather, and stay away from fire sources to ensure construction safety.
  2. Construction Site Management: Demarcate the construction area and set up warning signs. Adequate lighting must be provided for nighttime construction to avoid affecting surrounding personnel.
