Mobile Toilet Installation Sequence

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

The installation sequence of a mobile toilet can refer to the following steps:

Step 1: Unboxing and Inspection
Upon receiving the mobile toilet, open the package immediately and carefully check the parts list to ensure that all components (such as the toilet body, flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, spray head assembly, silicone anti-slip pads, etc.) are complete and undamaged. This step is the foundation for subsequent installation. If any parts are missing or damaged, contact the supplier promptly for replacement or reshipment.

Step 2: Install the Toilet Flange
The flange is a key component connecting the toilet to the sewer pipe. Align the center of the flange with the center of the sewer pipe, ensuring that the flange is placed flat on the ground. Then, slowly lower the toilet body so that the flange fits tightly with the toilet's drainage outlet. Aligning the centers is crucial. If the flange is misaligned, it may lead to poor drainage or water leakage.

Step 3: Connect the Water Inlet System

  1. Install the angle valve: Fix the angle valve to the water inlet on the wall, ensuring that the threads are tightened and there is no water leakage.
  2. Connect the tee: Install a tee at the outlet end of the angle valve to divert the water supply to the toilet's water inlet and the spray head.
  3. Tighten the water inlet hose: Connect one end of the toilet's water inlet hose to the tee and the other end to the water inlet of the toilet tank. Use a wrench to tighten it moderately to avoid damaging the threads due to over-tightening or causing water leakage due to under-tightening.

Step 4: Assemble and Connect the Spray Head

  1. Assemble the spray head: Place the sealing rubber rings at both ends of the spray head onto the corresponding interfaces and rotate them clockwise until they are fully tightened to prevent them from falling off during use.
  2. Connect to the tee: Connect the assembled spray head to the other outlet end of the tee.
  3. Fix the spray head bracket: Forcefully insert the spray head bracket into the top of the tee to ensure that the bracket is stable and the spray head angle can be adjusted freely.

Step 5: Install Anti-slip and Fixing Components
Some mobile toilets require the installation of silicone anti-slip pads at the four corners of the bottom to enhance stability. After inserting the anti-slip pads into the bottom grooves, align the interfaces of the upper and lower toilet bodies and press down until the buckles are fully engaged. You should hear a 'click' sound to confirm that it is locked.

Step 6: Water Testing and Sealing with Glue
After completing the installation, open the angle valve for water testing. Check for water leakage at the toilet's drainage, the spray head's water outlet, and all connection points. If there are no abnormalities during the water test, apply waterproof glass glue along the edge where the toilet contacts the ground. The glue layer should be even and continuous to prevent odors from escaping or sewage from seeping into the ground. After the glue has fully cured (usually takes 24 hours), the toilet can be used normally.

Precautions:

  • Ensure that the ground is level before installation to prevent the toilet from tilting.
  • It is recommended to use Teflon tape to assist in sealing all threaded connections, but control the amount to prevent clogging the pipes.
  • If electrical connections are involved (such as for a smart toilet), have a professional perform the operation to ensure electrical safety.
