Mobile Toilet Installation Project

Admin 11 de octubre de 2026

The installation project of mobile toilets should be carried out in accordance with standardized procedures, covering pre-installation preparation, on-site installation, acceptance and delivery, as well as safety regulations. The specific steps are as follows:

I. Pre-installation Preparation

  1. Site Survey and Planning
    • Ensure that the installation location avoids low-lying areas prone to water accumulation, high-voltage power lines, and obstacles, and that the site is level with good drainage.
    • Measure the site dimensions to ensure that the width of the access passage is ≥1.2 meters and that sufficient operating space is reserved (e.g., at least 0.5 meters of clearance around the equipment).
  2. Material Inventory and Inspection
    • Verify the model, quantity, and accessories of the mobile toilet (such as sinks, flushing devices, sewage pipes, and curtains), and check that the equipment is free from external damage and that internal facilities (such as water tanks and toilets) are functioning properly.
    • If panel assembly is involved, confirm in advance that connecting components such as slots and rivets are complete.
  3. Tool and Personnel Preparation
    • Equip with tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, spirit levels, electric drills (with 4.2 mm drill bits), and rivet guns; if the equipment is heavy, coordinate with cranes or forklifts for assistance in handling.
    • Arrange for 2-3 professional installers and clarify their roles (e.g., one responsible for securing the equipment and one for connecting water and electricity).

II. On-site Installation Steps

  1. Foundation Fixing Operations
    • Lift the toilet body to the designated location and use a spirit level to adjust its levelness, ensuring that the deviation does not exceed 3 mm to avoid inconvenience or structural damage due to tilting.
    • Secure the equipment with expansion bolts (for hard surfaces) or counterweights (such as sandbags, for soft surfaces), and increase the number of fixing points in areas with strong winds.
  2. Water and Electricity Connection and Debugging
    • Connect the sewage pipe to the sewer or collection tank, ensuring that the pipe slope is ≥2% to prevent backflow of sewage; if a collection tank is used, reserve a cleaning passage.
    • Connect to the water source (it is recommended that the water pipe diameter be ≥DN20), test the flushing function (press the button three times continuously to ensure smooth drainage without blockage), and check the drainage seal (inspect for leaks at the joints).
  3. Detail Inspection and Cleaning
    • Install accessories such as curtains, non-slip mats, and hooks, and check that the door lock, flushing button, and lighting (if any) are functioning properly.
    • Clean and disinfect the interior, place consumables such as air fresheners and toilet paper to enhance the user experience.

III. Post-installation Acceptance and Delivery

  1. Function Test Checklist
    • Load-bearing test: Evenly step on the top of the equipment (such as the pedal area) to check that the structure is stable without abnormal sounds or deformation.
    • Flushing test: Repeatedly operate the flushing button to confirm that the drainage speed and water volume meet the standards.
  2. Delivery Document Confirmation
    • Provide the customer with an Equipment Installation Acceptance Certificate, indicating the installation date, warranty period (usually 1 year), usage instructions (such as water-saving mode operation), and emergency contact information.

IV. Precautions and Safety Regulations

  1. Installation Safety Requirements
    • When working at heights (such as roof fixing), installers must wear safety harnesses; construction is prohibited in winds ≥5 or during thunderstorms.
    • Smoking or the use of open flames is prohibited inside the toilet, and it should be kept away from fire sources (such as welding areas).
  2. Construction Site Management
    • Designate the construction area and set up warning signs (such as “Construction in Progress, Keep Away”) to prevent unauthorized personnel from entering.
    • For night construction, provide sufficient lighting (such as LED light strips) and attach reflective strips to the edges of the equipment to enhance visibility.
