Mobile Toilet Installation Illustration

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of a mobile toilet (toilet bowl) requires selecting the appropriate method based on different relocation scenarios. Here are the specific steps and key points:

I. Short-Distance Relocation (Using a Relocation Device)

  1. Material Preparation: Purchase a finished relocation device (the horizontal pipe is an elliptical flat pipe with a height of about 60mm).
  2. Floor Treatment: Before waterproofing, chisel out 20-40mm of the floor slab and embed the relocation device, with one end connected to the original toilet's drainage pipe and the other end extending to the target location.
  3. Waterproofing and Tiling: After leveling the floor, apply waterproofing (height of about 20mm), tile normally (height of about 30mm), and finally install the toilet. Key Points: The length of the relocation device should not exceed 1.5 meters; otherwise, it is prone to clogging. Ensure the slope of the drainage pipe is 1%-2%.

II. Same-Floor Drainage - Floor Slab Lowering (Applicable to Bathrooms with Already Lowered Slabs)

  1. Structural Utilization: If the bathroom floor slab has already been lowered (250-350mm), the toilet can be directly placed without additional relocation.
  2. Backfill Material: Use lightweight bricks or blocks for backfilling to reduce the load on the floor slab. Key Points: Confirm whether the lowered slab height meets the slope requirements of the drainage pipe to avoid water accumulation.

III. Same-Floor Drainage - Floor Slab Raising

  1. Drainage Pipe Layout: Use a drainage horizontal pipe with a diameter of about 110mm and embed it in a base platform (height of 180-200mm) built with lightweight blocks.
  2. Waterproofing and Tiling: Apply normal floor waterproofing and then tile. The raised height should be suitable for one step (180-200mm). Key Points: The masonry material must be lightweight bricks or blocks to avoid increasing the load on the floor slab.

IV. Long-Distance Relocation (Hidden Water Tank)

  1. Water Tank Installation: Purchase a finished hidden water tank and accessories, install a vertical pipe tee, and connect the horizontal drainage pipe to the target location.
  2. Masonry Enclosure: Build a low wall (thickness of 180-220mm, height of 900-1200mm) to enclose the water tank and piping, and finally install a wall-mounted or floor-standing toilet. Key Points: The water tank model must match the toilet type, and reserve a maintenance opening during masonry.

V. Adjusting the Distance Between the Toilet and the Wall

  1. Measurement and Cutting: Measure the distance from the center of the drainage outlet to the wall, cut the floor tiles, and chisel out a 5cm deep groove.
  2. Relocation Device Installation: Insert the relocation device into the 110PVC drainage pipe, seal the gaps with a leak-stopper, install the flange, and leave a natural gap of 2-3mm. Key Points: The relocation device must be tightly connected to the drainage pipe to avoid leakage.

VI. Full Installation Process of a Mobile Toilet (Taking an Elderly Toilet as an Example)

  1. Flange Alignment: Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the sewer pipe and place the toilet correctly.
  2. Water Inlet Connection: Install a angle valve and tee, connect the water inlet hose and spray head, assemble the spray head, and tighten the sealing rubber ring.
  3. Water Testing and Gluing: After water testing without any issues, apply glue at the bottom of the toilet for fixation. Key Points: Regularly check the water inlet hose to prevent aging and leakage.

Operational Suggestions: If you lack experience, it is recommended to refer to installation diagrams or consult professionals to ensure standardized procedures.
