How to Install a Mobile Toilet

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation methods for mobile toilets vary depending on the type, mainly divided into two categories: simple拼接 (assembled) type and toilet type. Here are the specific installation steps and precautions:

Installation Steps for Simple Assembled Mobile Toilets

  1. Tool Preparation
Prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun in advance to ensure quick completion of fixing operations during installation.

  2. Frame Assembly
Install the inner corner pieces sequentially at the designated positions to form the main frame structure of the toilet. Align the inner corner pieces with the slots to ensure frame stability.

  3. Panel Assembly
Insert the prefabricated panels into the frame slots and assemble them into complete walls or floors by aligning the edges. Check for flatness of the panels during assembly to avoid gaps or misalignments.

  4. Fixing and Reinforcement
Use an electric drill to make holes at the joints, insert rivets, and then fix them with a rivet gun. Distribute the rivets evenly to ensure a firm connection between the panels and the frame, preventing loosening.

Installation Steps for Toilet-Type Mobile Toilets

  1. Flange Installation
Align the toilet flange with the center of the drain pipe and ensure they are perfectly aligned before fixing. The flange is a key component connecting the toilet to the drain pipe, and improper installation may lead to leaks.

  2. Water Connection

    • Install a triangular valve and connect the three-way pipe fittings between the water inlet and the sprinkler head.
    • Tighten the toilet water inlet hose to ensure no leakage at the connection.
    • When assembling the sprinkler head, tighten the sealing rubber ring to the top of the three-way fitting to prevent detachment due to excessive water pressure.
  3. Bracket Fixing
Insert the sprinkler head bracket into the top position of the three-way fitting and adjust the angle to an appropriate state. The bracket should be stable to prevent the sprinkler head from shaking during use.

  4. Water Testing and Acceptance
Turn on the water source to test the toilet flushing function and check for leaks at all connections. After confirming no issues, apply sealant at the joints to enhance waterproofing performance.

Other Precautions

  • Toilet Relocation Handling: If relocating the toilet position, install a relocation device before laying floor tiles and ensure a drainage slope of ≥2% to avoid water accumulation.
  • Floor Adjustment: Use specialized tools (such as a laser level) to adjust the floor height to ensure the toilet is level and stable after installation.
  • Safety Inspection: After installation, check that all screws and rivets are tightened to prevent loosening or detachment during use.
