Mobile Toilet Installation Guide

Admin 09 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets requires selecting the appropriate process based on the scenario, including general steps, construction site scenarios, and simple installation methods as follows:

I. General Installation Steps

  1. Tool Preparation
After receiving the goods, prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun.
  2. Main Body Assembly
Install the inner corners sequentially, insert the panels into the slots, and align them to ensure tight connections between components.
  3. Fixing Operations
Drill holes at the joints using a drill bit, insert rivets, and secure them with a rivet gun to ensure structural stability.

II. Installation Process for Construction Sites

  1. Pre-installation Preparation
    • Site Survey: Confirm that the installation location has a flat ground with a load-bearing capacity of ≥200kg/㎡ and no obstructions around to avoid affecting usage or drainage.
    • Material Inventory: Check whether the main frame and accessory kit (including door locks, flush valves, lighting systems, etc.) are complete. Inspect for any transportation damage to ensure all components are intact and usable.
  2. Foundation Construction
    • Foundation Treatment: Pour a 15cm-thick concrete cushion, reserving a drainage slope of ≥2% to prevent water accumulation. For ground hardening, it is recommended to use non-slip tiles to enhance safety.
    • Fixing Measures: For construction sites with more than 30 people, use expansion bolts to secure the main body to the ground to enhance stability.
  3. Installation Operations
    • Main Body Assembly: Hoist the toilet unit to the predetermined position, check that the levelness error is ≤3mm, and fix adjacent units with connecting bolts to ensure overall structural balance.
    • Internal Facility Installation: Install the sink, flushing system, and lighting fixtures sequentially. Connect the water supply (it is recommended to use a φ20mm galvanized pipe) and test the drainage for smoothness to avoid blockages.
  4. Acceptance and Delivery
    • Function Testing: Ensure that the flushing works properly, the door lock opens and closes smoothly, the electrical circuit is reliably grounded, and there are no water leaks or electrical shocks to guarantee usage safety.
    • Environmental Cleaning: Clean the site and provide a Mobile Toilet User Manual to guide daily maintenance and extend the service life.

III. Simple Installation Tips

Some mobile toilets come pre-assembled at the factory. Users only need to check that all accessories are complete and assemble them according to the instructions, without complex operations, making them suitable for rapid deployment scenarios.
