Mobile Toilet Installation Bracket
The steps and key points for installing a mobile toilet installation bracket are as follows:

Preparation Work
Before installation, conduct a comprehensive inspection of the equipment and accessories. First, check whether the base bracket is deformed. If the bracket is deformed, it may lead to instability of the installed equipment. Check whether the anchor bolts are complete. Missing bolts will affect the fixing effect of the bracket on the ground. Also, check whether the rubber gaskets are aged. Aged rubber gaskets will affect the shock absorption effect. In addition, level the ground according to the actual site conditions and use a spirit level to confirm whether the installation area is level, as an uneven ground will cause the equipment to tilt after installation, affecting the user experience and the service life of the equipment.
Bracket and Ground Fixing Method
Place the shock-absorbing base bracket of the mobile toilet steadily on the prepared ground and adjust the height of the four corners to ensure that the entire equipment is in a level state. When using expansion bolts for fixing, select bolts of appropriate lengths according to the ground material. For a concrete ground, longer bolts can be selected to ensure a firm fixation. For a soil ground, it is necessary to compact the ground first to enhance its load-bearing capacity, and then select bolts of appropriate lengths for fixing. When tightening each bolt, pay attention to tightening them evenly to prevent the base from cracking due to uneven stress.
Shock Absorption Device Installation Specifications
When installing shock-absorbing rubber pads or spring shock absorbers, ensure that they are in full contact with the bracket and the ground without misalignment or suspension, as this will affect the shock absorption effect. For bases with buffering functions, after installation, gently push the equipment to test its shock absorption effect and observe whether the equipment has obvious shaking. If abnormal shaking is found, check whether the rubber pads are worn or whether the shock absorbers are installed in the wrong direction, and make adjustments in a timely manner.
Post-Installation Inspection and Debugging
After installation, use a spirit level again to check the overall levelness to ensure that the equipment is not tilted in any direction. At the same time, check whether all connections are firm and whether the anchor bolts are tightened in place. A simple shaking test can be carried out to confirm whether the shock absorption effect meets the requirements. If possible, observe the stability of the equipment within 24 hours after installation to prevent problems caused by ground subsidence in the later stage.
