Mobile Toilet Installation and Disassembly Guide
Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026
The installation and disassembly of mobile toilets should follow standardized procedures, with specific steps outlined below:

Installation Process
Positioning and Site Preparation
- Determine the installation location according to the plan, ensuring the ground is solid and level, avoiding soft or waterlogged areas. If the ground conditions are inadequate, harden or lay steel plates in advance.
- Ensure the drainage system is unobstructed. If connecting to municipal sewage networks or dedicated septic tanks, plan the pipeline routing in advance.
Main Structure Installation
- Modular Toilets:
- Use a forklift or manual labor to place the prefabricated chassis steadily and adjust its levelness.
- Insert the wall panels into the chassis slots and secure them with bolts or clips; install the roof panel and seal it to prevent leakage.
- Integrated Toilets:
- The factory has completed interior decoration and equipment integration. On-site, simply hoist it into place and connect the water, electricity, and sewage pipelines. The overall installation time can be shortened to 2-4 hours.
- Modular Toilets:
Internal Facility Connection
- Install partitions, toilets, flushing systems, sinks (if any), lighting, and ventilation equipment.
- Water and electrical pipelines use modular quick-connect designs to shorten connection time; water-flush direct-discharge toilets need to be connected to a clean water source, and check the water pressure and flushing device operation.
Function Inspection and Debugging
- Conduct flushing tests, circuit checks, and leak checks to ensure all functions are normal; waterless or biodegradable toilets can skip complex sewage connection debugging.
Disassembly Process
Disconnect Connections
- Turn off the main power and water valves, remove external water and electrical lines and sewage pipelines, clean and seal the connection ports to prevent contamination.
Remove Internal Facilities
- Carefully remove reusable facilities (such as partitions and accessories) and package them separately for future use.
Disassemble Main Structure
- Modular Toilets: Remove in the order of "roof panel - wall panels - chassis", protecting the edges of the panels from damage.
- Integrated Toilets: Mainly need to disconnect external connections, making disassembly simpler.
Removal and Storage
- Stack the removed parts neatly for easy transportation and subsequent storage; a skilled team typically takes 1-3 hours to disassemble a standard modular toilet.
Key Considerations
- Toilet Type Affect Efficiency: Integrated box-type toilets have the fastest installation and disassembly times, while foldable or telescopic toilets offer higher efficiency but may have slightly lower structural strength.
- Foundation Treatment: If the ground is uneven or soft, harden or lay steel plates in advance, increasing preparation time.
- Supporting Facilities: Connecting to municipal sewage networks or dedicated septic tanks will extend installation time, while waterless or biodegradable toilets can skip complex sewage connections.
- Team Experience: Professional construction teams can significantly improve efficiency and reduce operational risks.
- Standard Reference: Design and installation should comply with relevant standards such as the "Hygiene Standards for Mobile Toilets" (GB/T 21239-2023).
