Mobile Toilet Installation
The installation of mobile toilets requires comprehensive consideration from four aspects: site selection, facility configuration and functionality, management and maintenance, and approval process and time requirements.

Site Selection:
Strict adherence to safety and hygiene standards is essential. Mobile toilets should be located away from pollution sources (such as garbage stations and drainage ditches), ensuring a solid and level ground for easy equipment transportation and routine maintenance. Additionally, they should avoid high-temperature areas, such as walls and ground exposed to direct sunlight and heat sources (like distribution boxes and air conditioning units), with preference given to shaded areas under trees or buildings. If space is limited, a sunshade can be placed on top of the equipment. According to the "Urban Environmental Sanitation Facility Planning Standards," the spacing should be controlled within 50 meters to prevent inconvenience for users due to excessive distance.
Facility Configuration and Functionality:
Basic configurations should include sinks, toilet paper, hand soap, etc. Heating devices should be installed in winter to ensure user comfort. Structurally, they can be classified as single-unit or composite structures; in terms of mobility, they can be hoisted, manually transported, or powered and towed; and regarding sewage treatment, they can be water-flush, non-water-flush suction, or circulating water-flush types. Furthermore, ventilation and heat dissipation design is crucial: some equipment is equipped with top exhaust fans to accelerate air circulation, with heat dissipation holes reserved at the bottom to prevent heat buildup; if budget allows, small air conditioners or fans can be added to enhance cooling effects.
Management and Maintenance:
The lessee should conduct daily cleaning and disinfection and assign dedicated personnel for inspections to ensure cleanliness inside and outside the toilets during events and timely replenishment of consumables. Enhanced maintenance is required during high-temperature seasons: increase inspection frequency, check for electrical shorts, and ensure proper functioning of fans, air conditioners, and other equipment; clean drainage outlets to prevent odors from rainwater or sewage evaporation; regularly replenish disinfectants to prevent bacterial growth in humid and high-temperature environments.
Approval Process and Time Requirements:
An application must be submitted to the local environmental sanitation department at least 7 working days in advance before use, along with event plans, site layout plans, and other relevant documents. After approval, the equipment must be deployed in designated areas in compliance with regulations; within 48 hours after the event ends, equipment removal and site restoration must be completed to ensure environmental cleanliness.
