Mobile Toilet Frame Welding

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet frame welding typically employs steel frame welding methods. Here is a detailed introduction to mobile toilet frame welding:

Bottom Welding Materials

The bottom of a mobile toilet frame is generally welded using channel steel or I-beams. Channel steel offers good bending resistance, capable of bearing certain vertical and horizontal loads, providing a stable foundation for the entire mobile toilet. I-beams, on the other hand, excel in strength and stiffness, making them suitable for mobile toilets with high load-bearing requirements. They effectively prevent bottom deformation, ensuring the safety of the toilet during use. For instance, mobile toilets used in large public venues, where there is high foot traffic and frequent usage, benefit from I-beam welding at the bottom frame to better meet their load-bearing needs.

Column Welding Materials

Columns are typically welded using square steel. Square steel has right angles on all four sides, providing a regular structure that facilitates connection and fixation with other components. It possesses good mechanical properties, capable of withstanding forces from various directions, ensuring the vertical stability and overall strength of the mobile toilet frame. In some mobile public toilets with a new Chinese style, the entire structure is welded using a steel frame, with square steel selected for the columns. This not only meets the structural strength requirements but also harmonizes with the overall style. Moreover, when placed outdoors, they can last for more than 15 years, fully demonstrating the durability of square steel columns.

Other Special Cases

For some mobile public toilets with a flat roof design, the entire frame is welded using galvanized square steel. Galvanized square steel is coated with a layer of zinc on its surface, which provides corrosion and rust resistance, significantly enhancing the durability of the square steel. In outdoor environments, mobile toilets are subject to various factors such as rain, sunlight, and air, which can easily cause corrosion and rust. By using galvanized square steel for frame welding, mobile public toilets become more robust and durable, extending their service life.
