Production Process of Mobile Toilet Frame

Admin 10 de octubre de 2026

The production process of a mobile toilet frame mainly includes five core steps: material selection and cutting, frame assembly, functional adaptation, structural reinforcement, and sealing and waterproofing treatment.

  1. Material Selection and Cutting Before making the frame, appropriate materials should be selected according to design requirements. Common materials include metal profiles such as stainless steel, fiberglass-reinforced plastic, and color-coated steel sheets, as well as auxiliary materials like wood and plastic. The materials must have sufficient structural strength to support the overall weight of the toilet and withstand vibrations during transportation and use. After selecting the materials, the profiles should be precisely cut according to the design drawings to ensure that the dimensions of each component meet the requirements, laying the foundation for subsequent assembly.

  2. Frame Assembly The cut profiles are joined together to form the overall frame through welding or bolt connection. Welding is suitable for metal profiles and can create a stable rigid structure; bolt connection is convenient for disassembly and maintenance, making it suitable for scenarios that require flexible adjustments. During the assembly process, it is necessary to ensure the verticality, levelness, and overall stability of the frame so that it can withstand the bumps during transportation and external impacts during use.

  3. Functional Adaptation According to the type of mobile toilet (such as those modified from water storage tanks, plastic buckets, or professionally produced ones), targeted functional adaptations are required:

  • Water Storage Tank Modification Type: Fix universal wheels at the bottom of the拖板 (trailer plate) for easy mobility; cut openings in the water storage tank and stack and fix them to form the main body of the frame, while reserving interfaces for sewage discharge pipes.
  • Plastic Bucket Modification Type: Use wooden strips to tightly clamp and fix the panels, install aluminum partitions to divide the space, and add universal wheels to build a lightweight and movable frame.
  • Professionally Produced Type: Directly adopt a modular design and connect the components through standardized interfaces to improve production efficiency.
  1. Structural Reinforcement Reinforce the key parts of the frame (such as door frames, wall connections, and load-bearing nodes) to enhance overall stability. For example, wrap metal cutting surfaces with wooden strips to prevent rusting, or weld reinforcing ribs to increase load-bearing capacity. For the plastic bucket modification type, support strips should be added at the panel seams to prevent deformation.

  2. Sealing and Waterproofing Treatment The joints of the frame should be sealed to prevent rainwater leakage or odor diffusion. Common methods include applying white cement, glass glue, or using waterproof tape to fill the gaps. For metal frames, anti-rust paint should also be sprayed on the welds to extend the service life.

The frame production details vary among different modification plans, but the core aspects all revolve around structural strength, mobility, and sealing performance, and the process should be flexibly adjusted according to actual needs.
