Flowchart for Mobile Toilets

Currently, there is no ready-made flowchart for mobile toilets, but two processes for making movable restrooms are provided:

Making Use of Water Storage Barrels

1. Basic Frame Construction: Use an angle grinder to split a water storage barrel in half lengthwise, serving as the main structure of the restroom. Install universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility; fix wooden strips to the upper side of the barrel with self-tapping screws to increase height for accommodating internal facilities.
2. Door Frame and Wall Construction: Cut an opening on the side of the water storage barrel and install sponge strips on both sides to form a door frame; insert plastic soft boards between the wooden strips to create raised walls; place the upper half of the water storage barrel on top of the wooden strips as the roof.
3. Waterproofing and Decorative Treatment: Apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips to enhance aesthetics; use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door and install it on the door frame.
4. Drainage and Water Storage System: Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain; cut holes on the side and bottom of a plastic barrel, connect direct fittings, and place the plastic barrel on the roof as a small water storage device.
5. Internal Facility Installation: Connect a bathroom heater made of water pipes; install a tee fitting below the water inlet pipe and connect a showerhead; place the toilet on the drain pipe opening, install the water tank, and secure it with glass glue; connect the drain pipe to the sewage barrel; horizontally connect a water pipe to the tee fitting of the outlet pipe and extend it to the doorway as the water inlet pipe for the sink, connect external fittings and hoses, and cut a hole in the door and install the fittings.

Making Use of Water Storage Tanks and Pallets

1. Mobile Base Preparation: Fix universal wheels at the four corners of the bottom of a pallet and place a water storage tank recovered from a garbage station on it.
2. Tank Modification and Stacking: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to remove one side of the top, forming an open tank; invert another open-top water storage tank and stack it on the first tank, securing the outer frame with self-tapping screws.
3. Doorway and Drainage System: Cut a rectangular opening on the outer frame of the water storage tank and cut the tank body according to the size to form a doorway; cut a hole in the internal floor, insert a elbow from the bottom upwards and connect it to a water pipe, seal the gaps with glue, and then cut off the excess water pipe.
4. Internal Facility Installation: Place the toilet in alignment with the drain opening and secure it with glue; fix a water pipe on the wall clips and install a faucet; fix a pipe cap below the faucet, connect a water pipe, and cut a hole at the bottom as the outlet for the drain pipe; cut a hole in the pipe cap, apply glass glue, and fix a sink made of a stainless steel basin; connect the water inlet pipe to the toilet water tank, connect the shower hose, install the shower bracket and toilet seat, and install a spray-type showerhead made of water pipes.
5. Door Installation: Bring a wooden board, fix hinges on the frame of the water storage tank, and fix the other side of the hinges to the wooden board box to form the door of the restroom, and install a door handle on the door.
