Mobile Toilet Floor Rot
The rot of the mobile toilet floor can be caused by various factors such as rainwater soaking, metal rusting, and environmental corrosion.

Firstly, mobile toilets are often placed outdoors for extended periods. The bottom sealing rubber strips can become moldy and aged due to long-term exposure to rainwater. Once the sealing rubber strips age, their sealing performance will significantly decline, leading to water leakage. Continuous water infiltration into the floor area will keep the floor in a damp environment for a long time, accelerating the decay and damage of the floor material.
Secondly, in humid or rainy environments, if the main frame of the mobile toilet is made of metal, it is prone to rusting. Metal rusting will reduce the structural strength of the frame, making the originally stable supporting structure fragile. Such structural changes may cause uneven stress on the floor, leading to problems such as deformation and cracking of the floor, and thus affecting the overall condition of the floor.
In addition, there is salt spray in coastal areas and waste gas emissions in chemical areas. These special environmental factors will have a corrosive effect on the mobile toilet body. The chemicals in salt spray and chemical waste gas will accelerate the rusting and jamming of metal fittings. Since metal fittings are often connected to the floor, damage to the metal fittings may spread to the floor, causing corrosion and damage to the floor as well.
To reduce the problem of mobile toilet floor rot, a series of protective measures should be taken daily. Avoid long-term exposure of the mobile toilet to the sun. Cover it with a sunshade cloth when it is idle and store it in a well-ventilated and shady place. This can reduce the damage to the mobile toilet caused by environmental factors. After rain, clean up the accumulated water in a timely manner, wipe the bottom of the toilet body dry, and keep it in a dry state to prevent long-term water retention from causing corrosion. At the same time, regularly replace the sealing rubber strips and repair small cracks to ensure good sealing performance and reduce the possibility of water infiltration.
