Floor Materials for Mobile Toilet Renovation

Admin 22 de octubre de 2026

Common floor materials for mobile toilet renovation that are strong and corrosion-resistant include stainless steel, fiberglass reinforced plastic, ceramic, artificial quartz stone, aluminum alloy, epoxy self-leveling floor paint, microcrystalline stone, anti-slip quartz sand-covered steel plate, and PVC floor covering (without adhesive), etc.

Stainless steel, such as 304 stainless steel, is an excellent choice for mobile toilet floors. It has good corrosion resistance and can effectively withstand the erosion of water and chemicals in humid environments, making it less prone to rust and damage, and able to maintain the cleanliness and durability of the floor for a long time.

Fiberglass reinforced plastic is made with glass fibers and their products as reinforcing materials and synthetic resin as the base material. It has high strength and good resistance to various chemicals, meeting the complex usage environment requirements of mobile toilets.

Ceramic materials, such as full-glazed ceramic floor tiles, can have a Mohs hardness of 6 - 7, strong wear resistance, and relatively high strength. They can also resist common acid and alkali corrosion, are easy to clean, and can maintain the aesthetics and hygiene of the floor.

Artificial quartz stone has a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of no less than 150MPa. It has good resistance to stains and chemicals. Its seamless splicing feature also gives it a significant advantage in mobile toilet applications, preventing dirt from accumulating in the seams.

Aluminum alloy, such as 6061 aluminum alloy, has good corrosion and oxidation resistance, is lightweight, and easy to install. It can be used for floor decorative strips and other parts of mobile toilets to enhance the overall aesthetics.

Epoxy self-leveling floor paint has a compressive strength of ≥7MPa, good wear resistance, and excellent chemical corrosion resistance. It can form a seamless, flat, and aesthetically pleasing floor coating, preventing floor leakage and corrosion and ensuring the dryness and cleanliness of the floor.

Microcrystalline stone has a Mohs hardness of 5 - 6, high compressive strength, and strong chemical stability. It can effectively resist chemicals and friction in toilets, maintaining the aesthetics and durability of the floor.

The slope of anti-slip quartz sand-covered steel plates is precisely calculated to ensure smooth drainage, making them suitable for the floors of professional mobile public toilets. They can effectively prevent water accumulation and ensure usage safety.

PVC floor covering (without adhesive) should have its edges sealed with sealing tape for better waterproofing. The thicker the floor covering, the higher the comfort level. It is also relatively easy to install and has a lower cost.
