Mobile Toilet Floor Materials

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

Common floor materials for mobile toilets include non-slip tiles, PVC flooring, fiberglass, metal anti-slip plates, ceramic materials, artificial quartz stone, epoxy self-leveling floor paint, microcrystalline stone materials, non-slip patterned aluminum plates, or rubber flooring, etc.. Here is a detailed introduction to these materials:

Non-slip tiles: Mostly full-body tiles or antique tiles, with non-slip textures on the surface. They have strong waterproof performance, are wear-resistant and impact-resistant, and are suitable for scenarios with high foot traffic. However, they are relatively heavy and are mostly used in fixed or semi-mobile toilets.

PVC flooring: It is lightweight and has good flexibility, making installation convenient. It comes with a non-slip layer and is waterproof, stain-resistant, and easy to clean. It can also undergo antibacterial treatment and is a common choice for small and medium-sized mobile toilets. However, it is prone to aging when exposed to high temperatures for a long time.

Fiberglass: It adopts an integrated molding process, has excellent waterproof performance, is lightweight and has high strength, is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, and is easy to clean. It is very suitable for harsh outdoor environments, such as temporary toilets at construction sites and scenic spots, but the cost is relatively high.

Metal anti-slip plates: Mostly made of galvanized steel plates or stainless steel plates, with embossed surfaces to enhance the non-slip effect. They have strong load-bearing capacity and good durability, and are suitable for scenarios with high load-bearing requirements. However, anti-corrosion treatment is required to prevent rusting.

Ceramic materials: For example, fully glazed ceramic tiles can have a Mohs hardness of 6 - 7, are highly wear-resistant, have relatively high strength, and can resist common acid and alkali corrosion. They are easy to clean and can maintain good hygiene.

Artificial quartz stone: It can have a hardness of up to 7 and a compressive strength of not less than 150MPa. It has good resistance to stains and chemicals, and its seamless splicing characteristic gives it a significant advantage in mobile toilet applications.

Epoxy self-leveling floor paint: It has a compressive strength of ≥7MPa, good wear resistance, and good chemical corrosion resistance. It can form a seamless, flat, and beautiful floor coating, effectively preventing floor leakage and corrosion.

Microcrystalline stone materials: They have a Mohs hardness of 5 - 6, high compressive strength, and strong chemical stability. They can effectively resist chemicals and friction in toilets, maintaining the beauty and durability of the floor.

Non-slip patterned aluminum plates or rubber flooring: They can prevent the elderly and children from slipping and are resistant to acid and alkali corrosion. They are not easily damaged even when cleaning agents are used frequently.
