Mobile Toilet Fixture Installation

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilet fixtures (mobile toilets) should be carried out according to the corresponding procedures based on the model. Details are as follows:

I. Basic Model Installation Procedure

  1. Anti-slip Mat Installation
Embed the silicone anti-slip mats into the four corners at the bottom, ensuring a flat contact surface with the ground to prevent sliding during use. The anti-slip mats must fit snugly into the grooves to prevent stability reduction due to looseness.

  2. Bucket Assembly
Align the snap-fit positions of the upper and lower buckets, press straight down until a 'click' sound is heard, confirming that the snaps are fully engaged. After assembly, gently shake the bucket to check for stability. If there is any wobbling, readjust the snaps.

II. Universal Model Installation Procedure

  1. Component Inspection
After unpacking, check the component list, including the toilet flange, angle valve, water inlet hose, spray head assembly, etc., to ensure there are no missing or damaged parts. If any components are missing, contact after-sales service for replacement.

  2. Flange and Toilet Positioning
Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the drainpipe and slowly position the toilet correctly to prevent flange misalignment, which could lead to poor sealing. The flange must fit flush with the ground to prevent sewage leakage.

  3. Water Circuit Connection

    • Install the angle valve and connect the water inlet to the three-way joint of the spray head, using a wrench to tighten the connections to prevent leaks.
    • When assembling the toilet spray head, tighten the sealing rubber rings at both ends until they cannot rotate, ensuring there are no gaps at the connection between the spray head and the three-way joint.
    • Insert the spray head bracket into the top of the three-way joint and press firmly until the bracket and the three-way joint are fully engaged.
  4. Water Test Inspection
Open the water inlet valve and observe whether there are any leaks at the connections between the toilet and the spray head. If leakage is detected, recheck the sealing rubber rings or the tightness of the connections.

III. Elevated Model (e.g., Model 738) Installation Procedure

  1. Component Confirmation
Check whether the components include elephant legs (support legs), handrails, anti-slip mats, slow-close devices, etc., and verify that the quantities match the model specifications.

  2. Support Structure Assembly

    • Separate the two sets of elephant legs and install the anti-slip mats at the bottom of each leg, ensuring a tight fit between the mats and the legs.
    • Complete the remaining assembly steps (such as handrail installation and slow-close device adjustment) by referring to the instruction manual or video. Due to the complex structure of the elevated model, non-professionals are advised to strictly follow the guidance.

IV. General Precautions

  • Water Test and Fixing: After installation, a water test must be conducted to confirm there are no leaks before using special adhesive to fix the contact surface between the toilet and the ground.
  • Model Differences: Different models may have different components and installation details. It is essential to follow the product instruction manual or after-sales guidance to avoid damage caused by improper operation.
  • Safety Precautions: Wear gloves during installation to prevent cuts. When using tools such as wrenches, control the force to avoid damaging the components.
