Mobile Toilet Fixed Water Heater
Admin 19 de octubre de 2026
For the installation of a fixed water heater in a mobile toilet, you can refer to the installation precautions for electric water heaters in bathrooms, with a particular focus on aspects such as installation location, installation height, installation wall, and safety protection.

Installation Location
- Avoid Specific Areas: Mobile toilets have limited space. When installing a water heater, it should not be placed on the inner side of the shower area to prevent water vapor from directly splashing onto the water heater, which could affect its service life and safety. If there are facilities similar to toilets in the mobile toilet, the installation position of the water heater should not exceed 40 centimeters in width from these facilities to avoid affecting normal use and spatial layout.
- Choose a Reasonable Location: It can be installed in a relatively dry and well-ventilated area. For example, a position similar to above the showerhead, but it should be separated from the shower area by at least half a meter to reduce the erosion of the water heater by water vapor.
Installation Height
- Socket Height: The socket should be installed on the side of the water heater, 2 meters above the ground. This height setting is convenient for operation on the one hand and can prevent water from splashing onto the socket on the other hand, reducing the risk of electric shock.
- Overall Installation Height: The overall installation height of the water heater should facilitate operation and maintenance while also considering the smooth flow of hot water. Generally, it should be reasonably adjusted according to the actual space and usage requirements of the mobile toilet to ensure comfort during use.
Installation Wall
- Load-Bearing Wall Requirements: The water heater must be installed on a solid load-bearing wall and fixed with expansion bolts. Since the water heater will have a certain weight and vibration during operation, a solid load-bearing wall can provide sufficient support to ensure the stability of the water heater. If it is difficult to distinguish a load-bearing wall, a support can be added under the water heater to enhance its stability.
Safety Protection
- Socket Waterproofing: The socket should have a waterproof function to prevent water vapor from entering the socket and causing short circuits and other safety accidents.
- Ground Wire Connection: The ground wire must be connected to the equipotential bonding box to ensure that in the event of abnormal situations such as electric leakage, the current can be promptly conducted to the ground to protect the safety of users.
- Wire Specifications: The wire on the water outlet pipe should be at least four square millimeters to meet the power requirements of the water heater and avoid problems such as overheating and short circuits caused by wires that are too thin.
- Leakage Protection Testing: Press the leakage protection switch for testing every month to ensure that the leakage protection device can work normally and promptly detect and deal with potential safety hazards.
