Mobile Toilet Fixed Pile

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The fixing methods for mobile toilet fixed piles mainly include the ground anchor fixing method, the method combining windbreak ropes and diagonal tension fixing with ground piles, and the outdoor temporary use fixing method.

Ground Anchor Fixing Method: This is the most commonly used method for fixing mobile toilets. It is usually carried out at the four corners or key load-bearing positions of the toilet. Expansion screws or ground anchor nails are used to firmly connect the fixing chains (straps) to the ground. If the site conditions permit, concrete blocks or counterweights can also be driven into the bottom of the toilet to further increase its stability. During the operation, special attention should be paid to the depth of the ground anchor. The ground anchor depth should exceed 30 centimeters. Only by reaching this depth can it be ensured that the ground anchor has sufficient pull-out resistance to prevent the toilet from being pulled up by external forces such as strong winds.

Method Combining Windbreak Ropes and Diagonal Tension Fixing with Ground Piles: Install windbreak ropes at the top of the toilet, and fix the other ends of the ropes to ground piles or heavy objects on the ground. This method can effectively resist the impact of wind on the toilet. When encountering strong winds, a "well"-shaped diagonal tension method can be adopted, using nylon ropes or steel wire ropes to tighten the toilet body from different angles. Through this multi-angle tightening, the toilet can be made more stable, reducing shaking and displacement caused by wind forces.

Outdoor Temporary Use Fixing Method: For mobile toilets used temporarily outdoors, expansion bolts or ground anchors are generally used for fixing, such as screw piles with a length of approximately 300 - 600mm. This fixing method can prevent the toilet from being displaced by strong winds or accidental collisions, ensuring safety during use. During installation, ensure that the expansion bolts or ground anchors are firmly installed and tightly connected to the ground to provide sufficient fixing force.
