Mobile Toilet Fixed Base

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The installation and characteristics of mobile toilet fixed bases need to be handled differently according to different types, mainly divided into two categories: shock-absorbing base installation techniques and fiberglass base characteristics.

Installation Techniques for Shock-Absorbing Bases of Municipal Mobile Toilets

Mobile toilets used in municipal activities require shock-absorbing bases to ensure stability. The installation process must strictly follow the following steps:

  1. Pre-installation Inspection: Ensure that the base bracket is not deformed, the anchor bolts are complete, and the rubber gaskets are not aged. At the same time, level the installation site and use a level gauge to check the ground levelness to avoid equipment tilting due to uneven foundations.
  2. Bracket Positioning and Leveling: Place the shock-absorbing base bracket steadily on the ground and adjust the height of the four corners to make the equipment level as a whole. If the ground has a slope, compensate for the height difference by adding gaskets or adjusting the length of the bracket legs.
  3. Fixing and Installation of Shock-Absorbing Devices: Select expansion bolts of appropriate length according to the ground material (such as concrete or asphalt) to ensure that the bolts penetrate the ground hardening layer and are fixed firmly. When installing shock-absorbing devices, ensure that the rubber pads or shock absorbers are fully in contact with the bracket and the ground to avoid misalignment or suspension. After installation, gently push the equipment to test the shock-absorbing effect. If there is obvious shaking, check the wear condition of the rubber pads or whether the installation direction of the shock absorbers is correct.
  4. Acceptance and Monitoring: After installation, use a level gauge again to check the overall levelness and inspect whether the bolts at each connection are tightened properly. Conduct a shaking test to confirm that the shock-absorbing effect meets the requirements. If possible, continuously observe the equipment stability within 24 hours after installation to prevent base displacement due to foundation settlement.

Characteristics of Fiberglass Mobile Toilet Bases

Fiberglass mobile toilets are molded as a whole using epoxy resin and glass fibers through molds. Their bases have the following characteristics:

  1. Material Advantages: The base surface is smooth and flat, will never rust, and has anti-corrosion and durable properties. It can be exposed to the outdoor environment for a long time without being affected by corrosion.
  2. Handling Flexibility: It supports lifting, shoveling, and manual handling, and is suitable for rapid deployment in different scenarios. It can maintain stability through its own weight without complex fixing devices.
  3. Structural Integrity: The base and wall panels are molded as a whole through molds, with no splicing gaps, reducing the risk of leakage and improving the overall structural strength.
