Mobile Toilet Fee Standard

Admin 22 de septiembre de 2026

The fee standards for mobile toilets vary depending on the region, type, rental duration, and service content. Common fee items and reference ranges are as follows:

1. Basic Rental Fees
For daily rentals, the daily rent for a standard single-unit toilet is approximately 100-300 yuan, while high-end smart toilets or those equipped with air conditioning and disinfection functions cost about 250-1000 yuan per day. If the rental period exceeds 3 or 7 days, some merchants offer discounts, such as a 10%-15% discount on the total rental price for 10 days, or a reduction in the daily rent to 70%-80% of the base price for rentals over 30 days. Special types of toilets are more expensive, with double-occupancy or partitioned toilets costing about 300-500 yuan per day, and barrier-free toilets or luxury models with sinks or ventilation systems costing about 400-600 yuan per day.

2. Deposit
The deposit is usually 1-2 times the rental fee or 30%-50% of the total equipment cost. For example, for a toilet rented for 3 days at 200 yuan per day, the deposit would be approximately 300-600 yuan. The deposit is fully refundable upon return if the equipment is undamaged.

3. Transportation and Installation Fees
Transportation and installation within urban areas are generally included in the rental fee. Remote areas (such as scenic spots) may charge by distance, with fees ranging from 50-100 yuan per kilometer. Short-distance transportation (e.g., within 30 kilometers) costs about 300-800 yuan per vehicle per trip, while long-distance transportation is charged by kilometer.

4. Cleaning and Maintenance Fees
Regular cleaning costs about 50-150 yuan per session (e.g., 1-2 times per week), with additional charges for temporary cleaning. Consumables (such as toilet paper and hand soap) cost about 20-50 yuan per day.

5. Additional Service Fees
Extra facilities such as night lighting, rain shelters, and anti-slip designs add 50-100 yuan per day. For emergency repairs, non-human-caused damage is usually free, while human-caused damage requires the tenant to bear the repair costs.

6. Tiered Pricing Based on Usage Volume
Applicable to high-traffic scenarios (such as exhibitions and music festivals): For 50-100 people per day, the fee is about 10 yuan per person; for 100-200 people, it is 8 yuan per person; and for over 200 people, it is 6 yuan per person.

Suggestion: Before renting, confirm the fee details with the merchant, including whether transportation, cleaning, and utility fees are included, to avoid hidden charges. Specific prices may vary by region, merchant, and rental quantity, and should be based on actual communication.
