Mobile Toilet Feces Purification

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

There are various methods for purifying feces in mobile toilets, mainly including the following types:

  1. Water-flush and Non-water-flush Suction Types
Water-flush mobile toilets provide flushing water from a top water tank, with sewage collected in a bottom sewage tank; non-water-flush types directly receive waste in the bottom sewage tank. Both require regular suctioning of the sewage tank, suitable for short-term or low-frequency use scenarios, but rely on external suction equipment, with treatment efficiency limited by the sewage tank capacity.

  2. Recirculating Water-flush Type
This type is equipped with intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment devices, accelerating the fermentation and decomposition of fecal sewage through the addition of biological strains and biofilm technology. The treated water is filtered and recirculated for toilet flushing, significantly reducing water consumption and suction frequency. Its core advantage lies in resource recycling, but regular maintenance of the biological treatment system is required to ensure stability.

  3. Dry Packaging Type
Biodegradable plastic bags are used to receive waste, with a new bag automatically replaced after each use. The used plastic bags are collected and transported to a treatment plant for disposal, requiring no flushing throughout the process, with zero water consumption and convenient waste collection. However, a配套 (corresponding, here it should be understood as 'supporting') plastic bag recycling system is needed to avoid secondary pollution.

  4. Foam Sealing Type
Foam generated by a foaming liquid mixture covers the inside of the toilet bowl, replacing traditional flushing. The foam is activated by compressed air, requiring only a small amount of hand-washing water to maintain foaming, with significant water-saving effects, and effectively isolating odors. Suitable for water-scarce or high environmental protection requirement scenarios, but the foaming liquid needs to be replenished regularly.

  5. Microbial Type
After entering the biochemical treatment tank, waste is decomposed by enhanced beneficial microorganisms into gases (such as CH₄, CO₂) and liquids. The gases can be collected for utilization or purified for emission, and the liquids can be used as organic fertilizers, achieving complete degradation of feces. This technology is highly environmentally friendly, but parameters such as the temperature and pH value of the treatment tank need to be controlled to ensure microbial activity.

  6. Sewage Suction and Purification Vehicle Treatment
Solid-liquid separation compression tanks are used to separate the waste in septic tanks into clean water and solid debris. The clean water can be discharged on-site or into municipal sewage networks, while the solid debris is compressed and thrown into trash cans, with organic fertilizers dried and bagged for recycling. Achieving on-site separation and treatment of garbage and sewage, reducing transportation costs, but with relatively high equipment costs, suitable for large-scale mobile toilet cluster management.

When selecting a purification method, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the usage scenario, water resource conditions, environmental protection requirements, and costs to achieve efficient and sustainable feces treatment.
