Mobile Toilet Feces Disposal

Admin 20 de septiembre de 2026

The methods for disposing of feces in mobile toilets vary depending on the type, primarily divided into three disposal modes: water-flush and waterless suction, recirculating water-flush, and dry-packing.

In water-flush and waterless suction mobile toilets, the water-flush type stores clean water in a tank. After a user finishes using the toilet, they press the flush button, and the clean water flushes the feces into a fecal sewage storage tank. The storage tank usually has a certain capacity, and when the storage level approaches its limit, suction equipment (such as a sewage suction truck) is required to extract the fecal sewage from the tank and transport it to a sewage treatment plant or designated disposal site for centralized treatment. The waterless suction type omits the flushing step and directly relies on suction equipment to draw the feces from the toilet bowl into the storage tank. The subsequent disposal method is the same as that of the water-flush type, both requiring regular suction and transportation.

Recirculating water-flush mobile toilets employ a closed water circulation system. Feces enter the treatment device along with the flushing water. After undergoing sedimentation, filtration, disinfection, and other processes, the clean water is recycled back into the tank for the next flush, achieving water resource recycling. The treated fecal residues are periodically cleaned out and transported to professional disposal sites. This type not only reduces water consumption but also decreases the discharge of fecal sewage.

Dry-packing mobile toilets do not use water flushing. Below the toilet bowl, there are biodegradable eco-friendly fecal bags. After a user finishes using the toilet, the feces directly fall into the fecal bag. When the bag is full, staff remove it and replace it with a new one. The removed fecal bags can be used as raw materials for organic fertilizer and, after composting treatment, can be used for agricultural planting, realizing the resource utilization of feces. This disposal method does not require connection to water supply and drainage pipes and is suitable for places with scarce water resources or no drainage conditions.
