Mobile Toilet Fecal Treatment Structure
The structures for treating feces in mobile toilets mainly include water-flush and non-water-flush suction types, circulating water-flush types, dry-packing types, foam-blocking types, and microbial types.

Water-flush and non-water-flush suction mobile toilets: Water-flush mobile toilets are equipped with a water-flushing device inside. The water tank is generally placed on the top of the toilet and connected to the sanitary ware through pipes. When the flush button is pressed, water flows from the tank to flush the sanitary ware, and the fecal sewage flows into the sewage tank set at the bottom of the toilet. Non-water-flush mobile toilets do not have a flushing device. The excreta is directly received by the sewage tank at the bottom of the toilet. When the sewage tank is almost full, a suction device is used to pump out and transport the fecal sewage for treatment.
Circulating water-flush mobile toilets: This type is equipped with an intermittent aerobic and anaerobic fecal sewage treatment device and adds biological strains. Using biofilm technology, it accelerates the fermentation and decomposition process of fecal sewage. Through a filtration device, the treated fecal sewage is purified to meet the standard for recycling, and then it is used again to flush the toilet sanitary ware, achieving the recycling of water resources.
Dry-packing mobile toilets: There is no water-flushing device. Biodegradable plastic bags are placed under the sanitary ware to receive the excreta. Each time it is used, the system automatically replaces the plastic bag with a new one to ensure hygiene. The used plastic bags are collected centrally and transported to a specialized treatment plant for disposal, avoiding direct pollution of the environment by fecal sewage.
Foam-blocking mobile toilets: Foam generated by a foaming liquid mixture is used instead of flushing water. There are foam channels on the side walls of the toilet fixtures. Compressed air is delivered to the foam activator, causing the foam to cover the inside of the toilet bowl, blocking the emission of odors and at the same time blocking the excreta inside the toilet bowl. It is then cleaned up centrally after a certain period of use.
Microbial mobile toilets: The excreta enters a solid-liquid separation device through an automatically opening toilet bowl. After separation, the feces enter a fermentation tank and are mixed with initial ingredients, sawdust, and biological strains. Under the action of microorganisms, they are decomposed into carbon dioxide and water. The urine is filtered and then enters a comprehensive treatment system, where it is processed into reclaimed water through processes such as aeration, evaporation, and decolorization, and is used to flush the urinal again.
