Mobile Toilet Exhibition Layout
The layout of mobile toilets at exhibitions requires comprehensive consideration of factors such as crowd flow, functionality, safety, and environmental protection. The specific layout points are as follows:

I. Preliminary Planning and Site Selection Estimate the total number of toilet stalls based on the expected exhibition attendance, using the standard of 1-2 stalls per 1,000 people. Distribute the toilets evenly across hotspots such as entrances, dining areas, main aisles, and rest areas, using the floor plan as a reference. Conduct advance surveys of the ground flatness and load-bearing capacity (≥2 tons/square meter) at the placement sites. Confirm the availability of nearby water sources (water supply pressure ≥0.2 MPa) and sewage connections (distance to sewage wells or septic tanks ≤50 meters). If fixed sewage outlets are lacking, integrated sewage collection tanks should be provided. For example, the Xinyu exhibition recommends adding toilets in the food area and interactive experience zone, while the Jingdezhen exhibition emphasizes key placements at the entrance, main aisles, and exhibition hall exits.
II. Supporting Facilities in Functional Areas Toilets should be placed within 10 meters of dining areas to prevent cross-contamination. Rest areas should have one toilet per 100 square meters, with additional accessible mobile toilets near母婴室 (nursing rooms). Accessible toilets should be located close to main aisles to meet the needs of special groups.
III. Evacuation and Safety Mobile toilets should be placed at least 1.5 meters away from the edges of evacuation routes. At least one mobile toilet should be provided on each floor of high-rise exhibition halls or multi-story buildings.
IV. Environmental Protection and Concealment Select areas with shelter facilities (such as corners or the edges of exhibition areas). Use green plant barriers or temporary sunshades to enhance aesthetics. Regular maintenance should be conducted to control odors.
V. Transportation and Assembly Transport using standard container-style or flatbed trailers. Each toilet unit measures approximately 1.1m × 1.2m × 2.3m and weighs 400-600 kg. Use forklifts or cranes for unloading. Assembly steps include constructing the main frame, installing wall panels and doors, connecting the water and electricity systems, and installing internal facilities. Ensure that components are securely connected and that the water and electricity systems function properly.
VI. On-Site Debugging and Inspection Test the flushing, lighting, ventilation, and door lock functions one by one, with a focus on checking for drainage pipe leaks. Set up clear signage and night lighting. Provide disinfectant and hand sanitizer, and clean every 2 hours. Keep 2-3 spare toilet units on hand and prepare mobile water pumps and emergency generators for unexpected situations.
VII. Dynamic Adjustment Use a real-time monitoring system to track usage at each location. If queuing exceeds 10 minutes in any area, immediately deploy an additional 1-2 mobile toilets.
