What Equipment is Included in Mobile Toilets
Admin 07 de octubre de 2026
The equipment in mobile toilets varies based on their purpose, grade, and price, encompassing multiple configurations primarily categorized into the following six types:

1. Core Sanitary Fixtures
- Excretion Facilities: Equipped with squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with high-end models using stainless steel materials, paired with foot-operated or sensor-activated flush valves and water tanks (capacity 5-10 liters).
- Handwashing Systems: Include hand basins, push-button or sensor-activated faucets, water storage tanks, with some models adding mirrors, coat hooks, storage shelves, toilet paper holders, and trash bins (including sorting designs).
2. Environmental Control Systems
- Ventilation Systems: Utilize powerful exhaust fans (power 20-50 watts), with some designs featuring dual exhaust structures to enhance air circulation.
- Lighting Systems: Primarily use LED energy-saving lights (power 5-15 watts), with some models equipped with emergency lights to ensure functionality during power outages.
- Temperature Control Systems: In cold regions, insulation materials, electric heaters, or warm air blowers are installed; in hot regions, ventilation skylights or air conditioners are added to regulate temperature.
3. Auxiliary Facilities
- Accessibility and Maternity-Specific: Install sturdy handrails, foldable changing tables, with some models featuring low-height hand basins and wheelchair turning spaces.
- Sanitary Aids: Include small hand basins, push-button hand sanitizer dispensers, paper towel holders, hand dryers (in some models), emergency toilet paper, and covered sealed trash bins.
4. Storage and Safety Configurations
- Storage Functions: Coat hooks are installed on the side walls of toilet compartments, with some models adding mini storage shelves; floors are treated for slip resistance, with outdoor models adding windbreak strips or mesh screens.
- Safety and Emergency: Equipped with emergency call buttons, adequate lighting, ventilation openings or exhaust fans, with some models providing mini storage boxes (containing band-aids, spare toilet paper, etc.).
5. Water Supply and Drainage, and Power Systems
- Water Supply Systems: Divided into built-in water tank models (freshwater tank capacity 100-300 liters) and external water source models.
- Sewage Systems: Traditional methods use bottom sewage tanks (capacity 200-500 liters), with eco-friendly models adopting foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies.
- Power Systems: Support 220V mains power, built-in batteries (e.g., 12V/100Ah), or solar panel power supply.
6. Structures and Accessories
- Door Locks and Indicators: Secure door locks paired with 'Occupied/Vacant' indicator locks or LED displays.
- Material Selection: Wall panels use high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or colored steel sheets, with floors using slip-resistant flooring or fiberglass grating.
Additionally, some basic models are equipped with simple devices such as light bulbs, sockets, exhaust fans, and air outlets to meet basic usage needs.
