Mobile Toilet Equipment Configuration

Admin 08 de octubre de 2026

The equipment configuration of mobile toilets is designed around the needs of hygiene, convenience, and durability, typically encompassing four major modules: core sanitary fixtures, environmental control systems, water supply and drainage and power systems, and structural components and accessories. Details are as follows:

Core sanitary fixtures are the fundamental functional units of mobile toilets. Toilets are primarily ceramic squat toilets or sit-down toilets, with high-end products using stainless steel materials, equipped with foot-operated or sensor-activated flush valves, and water tanks with capacities of 5-10 liters, balancing water conservation and cleaning effectiveness. Handwashing systems include ceramic or stainless steel hand basins (30-40 cm wide), push-type or sensor-activated faucets, and water storage tanks, with some configurations including mirrors, coat hooks, and storage shelves as auxiliary facilities. Special accessories such as child safety seats, child toilet seats, toilet paper holders, and trash cans meet diverse usage needs.

Environmental control systems ensure user comfort. Ventilation systems feature 20-50 watt high-power exhaust fans as the core, with some products adopting dual exhaust designs on the top and side walls to quickly eliminate odors. Lighting systems use 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lights, with some equipped with emergency lights to ensure low energy consumption and safety. Temperature control systems are configured according to climate differences, with cold regions using insulation materials, electric heaters, or small warm air blowers, and hot regions adding ventilation skylights or small air conditioners to maintain a comfortable internal temperature.

Water supply and drainage and power systems enable functional sustainability. Water supply systems are divided into self-contained tank types (with freshwater tank capacities of 100-300 liters) and external water source types, adapting to different scenario needs. Sewage systems traditionally use bottom sewage tanks (with capacities of 200-500 liters), with eco-friendly products adopting foam sealing or microbial degradation technologies to reduce pollution. Power systems primarily rely on 220V mains power access, or are powered by 12V/100Ah built-in batteries and solar panels to ensure normal operation without external power sources.

Structural components and accessories enhance safety and applicability. Door locks and indicators include internal safety door locks and external 'Occupied/Vacant' indicator locks or LED displays to avoid usage conflicts. Materials and flooring use high-density polyethylene (HDPE), fiberglass, or colored steel wall panels, paired with non-slip floors or fiberglass floor grilles, balancing durability and slip resistance. Accessibility features such as handrails, wheelchair turning spaces, and low-positioned hand basins meet the needs of special populations. Additionally, some products are equipped with metal carved panel exteriors (for insulation, heat retention, and rust prevention), sound insulation systems, water heaters, and showerheads, further expanding functional boundaries.
