How to Repair Mobile Toilet Drainage
The repair of mobile toilet drainage should be carried out in a targeted manner according to different types of faults. The following are common repair methods:

I. Repair of Blocked Sewage Pipes
If the blockage is caused by the accumulation of solid waste, a high-pressure water jet should be used for pipe dredging, which is the standard treatment method. If the blockage is located deep within the pipe, a pipe endoscope can be used to locate the blockage point, and then the blockage can be cleared using a high-pressure water jet or mechanical dredging tools. It is necessary to pay attention to the design issue of the pipe's bending angle. If the bend exceeds the design standard, it is prone to forming solid material deposition points. In this case, the pipe layout needs to be adjusted or the flushing frequency increased to reduce deposition.
II. Repair of Abnormal Flush Systems
- Insufficient Water Pressure: Check the condition of the seals at the connection points of the external water supply pipes, focusing on whether the rubber gaskets have aged and caused leakage. If it is an external water source connection, confirm whether the pressure of the inlet pipe meets the equipment requirements. If necessary, contact the water supply department for adjustment.
- Damaged Solenoid Valve: The specific valve components need to be replaced. Before replacement, the water source should be turned off and the residual water in the system should be drained to prevent leakage during repair.
III. Repair of Drainage System Components
- Sewage Valve: If the valve cannot be opened due to blockage by impurities, the valve should be disassembled to clean the internal foreign matter. If the valve is severely damaged, it should be replaced with a new valve of the same specification.
- Pipes:
- If the pipes are broken or frozen due to aging or low temperature, the damaged pipe sections should be cut off and replaced with new pipes. At the same time, insulation protective layers should be added to the pipes in low-temperature environments.
- For systems with built-in water storage tanks, the condition of the pipe connectors should be checked. Quick connectors are easy to replace but have lower pressure-bearing capacity, while threaded connectors have better sealing performance but take longer to install. The choice should be made according to actual needs.
- Sealing Devices: Check whether the sealing rings, gaskets, and other components have aged or deformed. If any problems are found, they should be replaced in a timely manner to ensure that the sealing performance meets the standard.
IV. Post-repair Debugging and Verification
After the component replacement is completed, at least three complete usage cycle tests should be carried out, and parameters such as drainage speed and water pressure should be recorded. Stability verification should simulate continuous usage scenarios and observe the state changes of the equipment under frequent operations. If any problems are found during the debugging process, return to the previous stage to re-check the related components and form a closed-loop handling process to ensure the repair quality.
