Mobile Toilet Discharge Methods
The discharge methods of mobile toilets mainly include direct discharge, packing, vehicle-mounted, microbial degradation, water flushing, foam sealing, vacuum self-priming, and waterless packing types, with the following specific characteristics:

Direct discharge is suitable for places close to municipal sewage networks, where sewage is directly discharged into the municipal network through dedicated pipelines. This method is simple to operate and has low costs, but it relies on the coverage of the municipal sewage system and cannot be used if the place is far from the network.
The packing type has a built-in packing device. After use, feces are automatically packed into blocks, which are regularly cleaned and transported to designated disposal sites. Its advantage lies in not requiring an external water source and sewage pipelines, making it suitable for water-scarce areas or places where sewage discharge is inconvenient, such as arid regions or temporary event venues. However, it requires regular manual cleaning of the packed materials.
The vehicle-mounted type is equipped with a sewage collection tank, and sewage is regularly pumped away by a sewage suction truck for centralized treatment. This method has high flexibility and is suitable for temporary event venues or mobile toilets that are widely distributed. However, it requires supporting sewage suction trucks and transportation equipment, resulting in relatively high costs.
The microbial degradation type uses microbial communities to decompose feces into harmless gases and water, without the need for external sewage discharge facilities. It is easy to maintain and environmentally friendly, but it requires regular addition of microbial agents and has certain requirements for ambient temperature, making it suitable for long-term fixed-use venues.
The water flushing type flushes excreta through municipal water supply or elevated water tanks and discharges it into sewage tanks or septic tanks, requiring connection to sewage pipelines or regular sewage pumping. This method is suitable for areas with convenient water supply and sewage networks, such as city parks or scenic spots, but it relies on water sources and sewage systems and has a relatively large water consumption.
The foam sealing type generates foam through a foaming agent to cover the toilet fixtures, replacing water flushing to achieve lubrication, toilet cleaning, and odor control, with a water-saving rate of over 90%. It is suitable for water-scarce areas or places requiring high-efficiency water conservation, such as arid regions or temporary events, but it requires regular replenishment of the foaming agent and has high requirements for foam quality.
The vacuum self-priming type uses a vacuum pump to generate negative pressure to suck in excreta, with a water consumption of only one-tenth of that of traditional toilets. This method is suitable for scenarios with extremely high water-saving requirements, such as ocean-going vessels or airplane toilets, but it has high equipment costs and maintenance requirements.
The waterless packing type uses biodegradable and environmentally friendly packing bags to encapsulate excreta, which are then collected in a fecal storage tank for unified treatment. It is suitable for water-scarce areas or places without sewage discharge conditions, such as野外施工 (field construction) or temporary events, but it requires regular replacement of the packing bags and has high requirements for the environmental friendliness of the packing bags.
