Detailed Installation of Mobile Toilets

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilets varies depending on the type. Below are the installation procedures and key points for common types:

I. Installation of Ordinary Modular Mobile Toilets
These toilets are typically assembled from multiple modules. The installation tools required include an electric drill, a 4.2mm drill bit, and a rivet gun.

  1. Corner Installation: First, fix the corner components in the predetermined positions sequentially to ensure the initial formation of the structural frame.
  2. Panel Assembly: Insert the panels into the slots, aligning the top and bottom edges to ensure a flat and seamless joint.
  3. Secure Connection: Drill holes above the aligned panels, insert rivets, and then use a rivet gun to reinforce them, ensuring structural stability.
  4. Detail Inspection: After installation, check all connection points for firmness to prevent looseness or wobbling.

II. Installation of Dual-Purpose (Squat and Sit) Mobile Toilets
The toilet part of these toilets requires separate installation, as follows:

  1. Flange Positioning: Align the center of the toilet flange with the center of the drain pipe to ensure smooth drainage and prevent leakage.
  2. Valve and Pipe Connection: Install a triangular valve and connect the water inlet and spray head through a tee joint to ensure the correct direction of water flow.
  3. Hose Assembly: Tighten the seals at both ends of the toilet water inlet hose to prevent water leakage.
  4. Spray Head Installation: Tighten the sealing ring of the spray head, connect it to the other end of the tee joint, and secure the spray head bracket into the top of the tee joint.
  5. Water Testing and Sealing: After installation, conduct a water test to confirm no leakage, and then apply sealant at the contact point between the toilet bottom and the floor.

III. Installation Differences Among Various Types of Mobile Toilets

  1. Structural Form: Single-module mobile toilets are usually independent units, making installation relatively simple; composite-structure mobile toilets require the assembly of multiple modules, necessitating greater attention to alignment and fixation.
  2. Mobility Method: For lifting and handling-type mobile toilets, plan the lifting points or handling paths in advance; for powered or towed-type mobile toilets, connect the power supply or towing device to ensure normal mobility.
  3. Sewage Treatment Method: Water-flush mobile toilets require connection to a water source and drainage pipe; non-water-flush suction-type mobile toilets require the installation of a fecal storage tank and regular cleaning; circulating water-flush mobile toilets require a sewage treatment system to ensure the water quality meets standards before recycling.

Installation Precautions:

  • Carefully read the instruction manual before installation to confirm that all tools and accessories are complete.
  • Ensure the installation surface is flat to prevent structural deformation due to uneven ground.
  • For electrical and water connections, it is recommended to be operated by professionals to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Conduct a comprehensive inspection after installation, including structural stability, tightness, and functional testing.
