Mobile Toilet Design Solution

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

The design of mobile toilet solutions should focus on functionality, humanization, and sustainability, optimizing structure, configuration, and operation and maintenance methods based on the needs of different scenarios. The specific solution is as follows:

I. Structural Design and Material Selection

  1. Frame and Outer Layer: Use steel structures or metal materials (such as iron sheet profiles) as the frame, ensuring stability through welding or bolt connections; cover the outer layer with color-coated steel sheets or composite materials, with waterproof coatings or galvanized treatments on the surface to resist rain erosion and humid environments.
  2. Internal Interlayer and Insulation: Fill with 5mm thick foam material to form an insulation layer, adapting to temperature and humidity ranges from -20℃ to 50℃, meeting the needs of freeze prevention in northern winters and moisture resistance during southern rainy seasons.
  3. Top and Bottom Design: Adopt a separated structure for easy transportation of loose parts. Simple tools are required for on-site assembly and splicing, reducing transportation costs and enhancing flexibility.

II. Internal Configuration and Functional Optimization

  1. Basic Configuration: Equip with necessary facilities such as squat toilets, washbasins, and ceiling lights. Some models include five-hole sockets and leakage protectors to support night lighting or mobile phone charging.
  2. Humanized Details:
    • Women's toilets are equipped with adjustable-height children's washbasins (50-70cm adjustable) and reserved folding baby changing tables (with a load-bearing capacity of 50kg);
    • The width of barrier-free toilet stalls is expanded to 1.5 meters, with non-slip rubber handrails at a height of 85cm, conforming to ergonomic design;
    • Standard plastic windows ensure privacy while introducing natural light. Metal locks and color-coated steel trimming prevent safety hazards.
  3. Environmental Protection and Hygiene: Adopt a dry-wet separation design, with separate waste collection buckets for wastewater and solid waste, reducing cleaning difficulty; lay non-slip floor tiles and moisture-resistant wall panels to minimize odors and standing water issues.

III. Technical Characteristics and Scenario Adaptation

  1. Modular Expansion: The minimum area of a single stall is approximately 2 square meters, which can be expanded up to 20 square meters. Multiple units can be combined to meet different traffic demands (such as in scenic spots, construction sites, and exhibitions).
  2. Durability Design: The steel structure undergoes galvanized treatment to form a dense oxide layer. Aluminum alloy windows achieve IP44 waterproofing through sealing strips, and PVC roof panels use snap-on splicing to avoid dirt accumulation in gaps.
  3. Climate Adaptability: It can operate stably in extreme temperature difference environments, suitable for differentiated needs such as wind resistance at high altitudes, freeze prevention in the north, and moisture resistance in the south.

IV. Installation and Maintenance Points

  1. Before Installation: Check the integrity of loose parts, focusing on confirming that color-coated steel sheets, foam interlayers, and connectors are not damaged.
  2. During Installation: Assemble the frame in the order specified in the instructions, ensuring smooth opening and closing of doors and windows before fixing the external panels. The ground must be level to avoid structural deformation.
  3. During Use: Regularly clean dust from drainage pipes and vents. Prevent water from freezing and expanding in winter, which could damage the structure.
  4. During Long-term Disuse: Disassemble and store in a dry and ventilated place to extend the service life of the equipment.
