Introduction to Mobile Toilet Design
A mobile toilet is a movable, environmentally friendly, and multifunctional sanitation facility. Its design integrates convenience, durability, and ecological friendliness, making it suitable for various public settings.

Design Principles and Overall Structure
The design of mobile toilets adheres to six key principles: mobility, cost-effectiveness, durability, environmental protection, efficiency enhancement, and humanitarian promotion. The overall structure emphasizes lightweight yet sturdy construction, utilizing lightweight and durable materials (such as light steel keels and national standard steel) to reduce weight while ensuring structural stability. In terms of size control, height and width are reasonably planned, and complete mobile devices (such as trailer chassis or lifting structures) are equipped for rapid deployment and relocation.
Appearance and Material Selection
Aesthetically, mobile toilets focus on combining practicality with visual appeal, commonly found in tourist attractions, parks, and other venues. For instance, an economical and practical model employs gray-white metal carved panels, paired with sliding windows and stone wall lamps to enhance the visual experience. Exterior wall materials can be selected based on needs, including color-coated steel sheets, metal carved panels, anti-corrosion wood, stainless steel sheets, or aluminum-plastic panels, meeting requirements for corrosion resistance, fire resistance, and environmental protection. The main structure primarily consists of a welded frame of national standard steel and light steel keels, satisfying overall lifting requirements.
Functional Configuration and Technical Types
Functional configurations are divided into standard configurations and optional configurations. Standard configurations include basic facilities such as toilet bowls (urinals), lighting, exhaust fans, and door locks; optional configurations encompass air conditioners (both heating and cooling), air purifiers, water-saving faucets, etc., enhancing user comfort. Various technical types are available, such as:
- Recirculating water flush type: Utilizes biofilm technology to treat fecal sewage, enabling water recycling;
- Dry packing type: Uses biodegradable plastic bags to collect excreta, with automatic bag replacement and centralized treatment;
- Intelligent water-saving type: Employs water-saving agents and a urine recovery system, with a single flush volume of only 0.46 liters. Other types include foam sealing type, microbial type, etc., which can be flexibly selected based on environmental constraints.
Advantages and Characteristics
The core advantages of mobile toilets lie in their mobility, enabling rapid adaptation to site changes (such as temporary allocation during peak tourist seasons) and reducing resource waste. They offer diverse treatment methods, allowing the selection of appropriate technologies for scenarios with water scarcity or no sewage pipelines. They occupy a small footprint, only one-third to one-half of that of traditional toilets. They have a long lifespan, reaching over 20 years under anti-corrosion material coverage. Their materials are environmentally friendly and recyclable, with main materials like steel and aluminum-plastic panels having recycling value. They have a short construction period and can be reused, making them suitable for various scenarios such as emergencies, exhibitions, and tourist attractions.
