Mobile Toilet Decomposition Diagram

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

Currently, there is no direct decomposition diagram of mobile toilets, but a general description can be provided based on their component structures.

Mobile toilets typically consist of multiple key parts, and different types may have certain differences in their specific structures.

Basic Component Structures of Common Mobile Toilets:

  • Fecal Sewage Storage Tank (or Fecal Sewage Treatment Device): This is the core component for treating excreta in mobile toilets. For some simple mobile toilets, fecal sewage is stored in a specific storage tank and is regularly cleaned and transported for treatment. In contrast, mobile toilets equipped with treatment devices can perform preliminary treatment on fecal sewage, such as sedimentation and filtration, to reduce odors and pollution.
  • Flooring: Provides a flat surface for users to stand and move around on. It is generally made of slip-resistant and easy-to-clean materials to ensure safety and hygiene during use.
  • Sanitary Ware: Mainly includes toilets, with squat and sit types being the most common, meeting the needs of different users.
  • Walls: Serve to separate spaces and protect privacy. They are made of various materials, with common options including metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, and color-coated steel sheets. These materials not only have certain strength but also enhance the aesthetic appearance of mobile toilets.
  • Washing Facilities: Some mobile toilets are equipped with washing facilities such as sinks, facilitating users to clean their hands and improve hygiene levels.
  • Water Tank: Used to store clean water, providing a water source for flushing toilets and washing.
  • Roof: Shields against wind, rain, and sunlight, protecting internal facilities. It is usually made of lightweight and waterproof materials.
  • Mobility Devices: Enable mobile toilets to be easily transported and moved. Common options include wheels and towing devices.

Special Structure of Microbial Degradation Mobile Toilets: Its frame adopts a steel frame structure, ensuring overall stability and strength. The exterior walls also use decorative materials such as metal carved panels, aluminum-plastic panels, or color-coated steel sheets. Its treatment system is relatively complex, mainly consisting of a toilet, biochemical tank, agitator, control system, and temperature control system. The toilet collects excreta and sends it to the biochemical tank, where microorganisms degrade the excreta. The agitator ensures thorough mixing of microorganisms and excreta, improving degradation efficiency. The control system is responsible for monitoring and adjusting parameters throughout the treatment process, while the temperature control system maintains an appropriate temperature to facilitate the survival and activity of microorganisms.
