Mobile Toilet Customization Process

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet customization process mainly consists of three stages: initial communication and requirement confirmation, plan design and confirmation, and production manufacturing and process control.

Initial Communication and Requirement Confirmation: Firstly, on-site inspection is required. The customization party sends professionals to the usage location (such as scenic spots) for on-site inspection to determine the specific location for toilet placement, surrounding terrain (flat ground, slopes, or waterfront areas), soil conditions, as well as the access distance and construction difficulty of water and electricity infrastructure. For example, moisture-proof design needs to be considered in waterfront areas, and chassis stability needs to be adjusted on slopes. Secondly, refining requirements is necessary. The scenic spot management needs to clarify core requirements:

  • Estimated number of users: Determine the number of toilet stalls and sewage storage capacity based on peak-hour traffic to avoid queuing or insufficient capacity;
  • Usage scenarios: For long-term fixed placement, structural stability needs to be enhanced. If mobility is required, a lightweight chassis and convenient moving methods (such as wheeled or forklift holes) need to be designed;
  • Functional requirements: Whether to equip with a third toilet (for the disabled), a baby care station, barrier-free facilities, a management room, or a tool storage room;
  • Style preferences: The appearance needs to blend with the scenic spot style, such as a rustic wooden house look, a modern and simple design, or incorporating ethnic elements.

Plan Design and Confirmation: The designer draws up a preliminary plan based on the inspection data and requirement list, including a floor plan (toilet stall distribution, functional zoning, door and window locations) and an exterior rendering, with annotations on ventilation and lighting design. Subsequently, material and configuration selection is required:

  • Materials: For walls, options include color-coated steel plates (lightweight and durable), metal carved panels (aesthetic and rust-proof), or anti-corrosion wood (natural style); the roof needs to be waterproof and sun-resistant;
  • Internal configurations: The model and brand grade of sanitary ware (toilets, washbasins), water-saving technology (such as sensor flushing), deodorization technology (photocatalyst or biodegradation), and ventilation systems (natural ventilation or mechanical ventilation). Finally, plan review and modification are conducted. The designer explains the plan to the scenic spot management, and both parties repeatedly communicate on the appearance, layout, configuration list, and budget until the design drawings and configuration list are signed and confirmed.

Production Manufacturing and Process Control: Firstly, material procurement and pre-processing are carried out. Qualified raw materials are purchased according to the list. Plates need to be cut, bent, and sprayed with anti-corrosion and rust-proof coatings, and frame steel needs to be welded and reinforced. Subsequently, modular production is adopted. The toilet is decomposed into standardized modules such as wall panels, roofs, and chassis frames, which are prefabricated in the factory to improve efficiency and quality. Finally, internal assembly and installation are performed. The modules are assembled on a dedicated assembly line, sanitary ware, ventilation systems, etc., are installed, and functional tests (such as flushing, ventilation, and airtightness) are conducted to ensure compliance with standards.
