Mobile Toilet Creativity

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The creative designs of mobile toilets mainly include three types: those made from water storage barrels, chemical barrels, and tidal public toilets. Here are the specific introductions:

Design Using Water Storage Barrels

First, split a water storage barrel in half lengthwise and fix universal wheels at the four corners of a wooden board for mobility. Next, use wooden strips and self-tapping screws to increase the height of the barrel. Cut an opening on the side of the barrel, install sponge strips to form a door frame, and insert plastic soft boards to create an elevated wall. Place the upper half of the barrel on top of the wooden strips as a roof and apply white waterproof paint to the wooden strips for aesthetic enhancement. Then, use foam strips to拼接 (assemble) discarded honeycomb wooden boards to make a simple door. Cut a hole at the bottom of the barrel and install a drain pipe to form a floor drain. Drill holes on the side and bottom of the plastic barrel to install direct connectors, place the plastic barrel on the roof as a small water storage device, and connect it to a shower made from water pipes. Install a tee under the inlet pipe and connect it to a showerhead. Place a toilet and install a water tank, securing it with glass glue. Finally, connect the drain pipe to a sewage barrel, horizontally connect a water pipe from the tee on the outlet pipe to the doorway as the inlet pipe for a sink, and drill holes in the door to install connectors and hoses. This design makes full use of idle water storage barrels at home, achieving the basic functions of a mobile toilet through a series of modifications and assemblies, with low cost, suitable for individual or small-scale use.

Design Using Chemical Barrels

Find two large chemical barrels, remove the steel bars on top, and use a cutting machine to completely cut off the lids of the plastic barrels. Place the two plastic barrels upside down together and fix two iron frames on the top and bottom. Cut an opening the size of a door frame on one side, and cut the inner plastic barrel accordingly. Use rectangular iron sheets and screws to fix the gaps between the two plastic barrels. Drill holes in the corners of the plastic barrels, install PVC pipes, apply sealant, and cut off the excess PVC pipes. Place a toilet and install a toilet tank, connect and install the inlet pipe and sink, make a showerhead with PVC pipes and connect it for installation. Install two wooden doors with hinges and handles, extend and connect the inlet pipe, lay water pipes flat to the bottom of the plastic barrels, and connect the drain pipe to a septic tank. Chemical barrels have a large capacity and certain strength, meeting the usage requirements of mobile toilets, and the production process is relatively simple, suitable for people with some hands-on skills.

Tidal Public Toilets

Achieve dynamic adjustment of male and female toilet stalls through physical partitions. Install a lockable sliding tidal door in the middle of the male and female toilets to form a universal toilet stall area that can be connected bidirectionally. Management personnel can adjust the allocation of toilet stalls according to the actual situation. At the same time, dynamic allocation of toilet stall resources is achieved through supporting measures such as intelligent toilet guidance systems and full-time administrator on duty. Some tidal public toilets are also equipped with negative pressure exhaust systems and third toilets, enhancing the user experience and hygiene conditions. This design is suitable for public places, enabling reasonable allocation of toilet stall resources according to the flow of people at different times and improving the efficiency of toilet use.
