Mobile Toilet Correction Treatment

Admin 27 de septiembre de 2026

Mobile toilet correction treatment can be carried out through the following methods:

If the screws at the bottom of the toilet are loose or have fallen off, this is a relatively common issue that can cause the toilet to wobble or not be level. In this case, the screws should be tightened or replaced promptly. During the tightening process, use a wrench to carefully adjust the screws to ensure they are perpendicular to the ground. Only when the screws are perpendicular to the ground can the toilet be in a level position after installation, avoiding the impact on usage and drainage due to tilting. For example, when tightening, first place the wrench on the screw, then rotate it slowly while observing the levelness of the toilet. Make multiple fine adjustments to make the toilet stable.

Add a sealing gasket between the toilet base and the ground. When the ground is uneven, the toilet may not remain level after installation and is prone to wobbling. The sealing gasket can effectively compensate for the unevenness of the ground and ensure the levelness of the toilet. When choosing a sealing gasket, select it according to the size of the toilet base and the actual situation of the ground to ensure that the gasket can completely cover the contact surface between the base and the ground. During installation, place the sealing gasket flatly under the toilet base, and then gently place the toilet down so that the gasket is evenly stressed, providing good sealing and stability.

If the displacement of the toilet is caused by loose screws or the aging and failure of the bottom sealing gasket, the treatment method is more meticulous. First, check whether the screws of the toilet are tight. If the screws are loose, tighten them with tools such as a wrench. If the screws are already tight but the problem is not solved, use pressure-filled sealing to reinforce the toilet. The specific method is to add filling material at the bottom and then apply sufficient pressure to make the filling material completely fill the pits and holes, fill the gaps at the bottom, and increase the tightness. If the toilet has been used for many years or the bottom sealing gasket has aged and failed, you can try replacing it with a new one. Remove the old sealing gasket, clean the dirt at the bottom, and then reinstall the new one. If none of the above methods can solve the problem, it may be necessary to reinstall the toilet. In this case, remove the bottom steel frame, adjust the position, and then reinstall it, ensuring that the torque of the tightening screws is appropriate.
