Mobile Toilet Container Installation

Admin 11 de octubre de 2026

The installation of mobile toilet containers is mainly based on assembly, without the need for complex foundation treatment. Generally, the deployment of a single toilet can be completed within a few hours. The specific installation steps and precautions are as follows:

I. Installation Steps

  1. Foundation Preparation
Choose a flat ground as the installation location. If the ground has obvious potholes or is soft, simple foundation treatment is required. Common methods include laying a gravel bedding layer with a thickness of about 10-15 centimeters or pouring a concrete bedding layer with a strength not lower than C15 (with a thickness of about 15-20 centimeters) to ensure that the ground bearing capacity reaches the recommended value of ≥5 tons per square meter. This step can enhance the stability of the container and prevent structural deformation due to ground settlement.

  2. Main Body Fixation
Use a crane or forklift to lift the container main body to the designated location. During lifting, control the speed at 0.5-1 meter per second to avoid collisions or positioning deviations caused by rapid shaking. Before lifting, confirm that the ground bearing capacity meets the standard and place anti-slip pads or fixing bolts at the four corners of the container bottom to ensure that the main body is tightly attached to the ground and prevent displacement.

  3. Water and Electricity Connection
Connect the pre-designed water and electricity interfaces, including water inlet pipes, drainage pipes, and power lines. If the container is equipped with an independent water tank and sewage treatment system, fill the water tank with clean water and check the tightness of the sewage treatment device. This step usually takes 1-2 hours and should be operated by professionals to avoid the risk of water leakage or circuit short-circuit due to loose interfaces.

  4. Internal Facility Installation
After completing the water and electricity connection, install internal facilities such as toilets, sinks, and lighting fixtures. Some models adopt a modular design and can be directly spliced and fixed; for customized facilities, adjust the installation position according to the instructions and test the functionality (such as flushing, drainage, lighting, etc.).

II. Installation Precautions

  1. Transportation Requirements: The transportation vehicle should meet the container load-bearing standard (usually 30-40 tons) to avoid deformation or damage during transportation due to overloading.
  2. Ground Bearing Capacity: Before installation, check the ground bearing capacity. If the ground is backfilled soil or soft foundation, reinforce it to ≥5 tons per square meter.
  3. Professional Operation: The water and electricity connection should be completed by certified electricians or plumbers to ensure line insulation and pipe sealing and avoid safety hazards.
