Mobile Toilet Construction Plan
The mobile toilet construction plan requires comprehensive planning from four dimensions: site selection, technology, design, and construction. The specific key points are as follows:

I. Site Selection Logic Site selection should be based on pedestrian heatmap data, event plans, and temporary needs for hierarchical planning, filling in the coverage gaps of fixed toilets. For instantaneous pedestrian peaks, adopt a "plug-and-play" model for rapid deployment to ensure timeliness. At the same time, balance spatial conflicts: do not interfere with the landscape of main roads, but ensure accessibility within a 5-minute walk. Specific requirements include maintaining a distance of no less than 5 meters from the entrances and exits of surrounding shops and no less than 2 meters from main pedestrian channels to minimize impacts on commercial activities and passage.
II. Technological Iteration Select appropriate technologies based on usage scenarios:
- Microbial Degradation Technology: Decompose excreta into odorless liquid through microbial communities, enabling internal circulation. Suitable for long-term fixed locations with stable power supply, eliminating reliance on sewer networks.
- Packaging + Vacuum Suction Combination: For large-scale event scenarios, use biodegradable packaging bags combined with a vacuum negative pressure system to simultaneously isolate odors and waste, reducing the frequency of waste removal.
- Smart Components: Integrate real-time display screens for "occupied/unoccupied" status, automatic deodorization spray systems, toilet paper level detection alarms, and IoT-based liquid level and power monitoring to enhance management efficiency.
III. Design Details
- Human-Centric Design: For the elderly, children, and mothers with infants, install one-touch emergency buttons, anti-collision rounded corners, storage shelves, and coat hooks, and allocate at least 15% of the space for "third toilets" or barrier-free stalls.
- Ventilation Design: Adopt an "upper supply, lower exhaust" airflow organization method to directly draw odors downward and prevent diffusion.
- Exterior Design: Reduce visual intrusion through wood-grain finishes or canopies that blend with the landscape. Some plans integrate mobile phone charging ports, vending machines, and other functions to enhance practicality.
IV. Construction Plan
- Preliminary Preparations: Collaborate with multiple parties to confirm the site selection, proactively coordinate with municipal departments to determine the locations of water supply, sewage, and power interfaces, and prioritize areas within 20 meters of all three types of interfaces. Prefabricated boxes should be produced in advance and treated for corrosion and insect resistance, with coordination of construction equipment arrival times.
- Site Leveling and Foundation Construction: After removing old pavements, compact the base soil in layers to a compaction degree of ≥95%, pour a 15-centimeter-thick C30 concrete cushion and embed anchor bolts, and set up fences and warning signs during curing.
- Main Box Hoisting: Choose non-operating hours for hoisting operations, use truck cranes to secure dedicated lifting points, conduct a trial hoist to a height of 1 meter to confirm safety before formal hoisting, and avoid affecting the use of public areas.
