Mobile Toilet Construction Methods

Admin 28 de septiembre de 2026

There are various construction methods for mobile toilets depending on their types and designs. Here are some common construction methods:

I. Installation of Mobile Toilets If it is a finished mobile toilet, the installation steps are relatively simple. After receiving the product, first open the package and carefully check whether all accessories are complete to avoid affecting subsequent installation due to missing parts. Then, follow the steps in the instruction manual. If you have any questions about the content of the manual, you can contact customer service for guidance in a timely manner. The entire installation process usually consists of six steps, and each step must be carried out strictly in accordance with the requirements to ensure the accuracy and stability of the installation, so as to ensure the normal use of the mobile toilet.

II. Making a Mobile Toilet Using a Water Storage Tank and a Pallet

  1. Install casters: Use tools to fix casters at each of the four corners of the bottom of the pallet to ensure that the casters are firmly installed and can rotate flexibly, facilitating the movement of the toilet.
  2. Place the water storage tank: Put the water storage tank on the pallet to prepare for subsequent cutting and assembly.
  3. Cut the water storage tank: Use an angle grinder to cut along the marked line on the top of the water storage tank to form an open tank. This step requires the operator to have certain skills and experience to ensure the accuracy and safety of the cutting.
  4. Stack the tanks: Invert another water storage tank with an open top and stack it on the first tank. Fix the outer frame with self-tapping screws to enhance the structural stability.
  5. Make a doorway: Cut a rectangular opening to form a doorway for easy access by people.
  6. Install the drainage system: Make a hole in the floor inside the water storage tank, insert an elbow, and connect it to a water pipe for sealing to ensure smooth drainage and no leakage.
  7. Install the toilet: Place the toilet in alignment with the drainage outlet and fix it with glue to ensure a tight connection between the toilet and the drainage outlet.
  8. Install the faucet and sink: Fix the water pipe on the wall with clips and install the faucet. Fix the sink, connect the water inlet pipe of the toilet tank and the shower hose, and install the toilet seat and the spray shower head.
  9. Install the door: Fix wooden boards to form the door of the toilet and install the door handle to complete the making of the entire mobile toilet.

III. Installation of Panel-type Mobile Toilets Prepare tools such as an electric drill, a 4.2-millimeter drill bit, and a rivet gun. During installation, first install the inner corners one by one, then insert the panels into the slots and align them to ensure a tight connection between the panels. Next, drill holes at appropriate positions, insert rivets, and finally fix them with a rivet gun to make the structure of the entire mobile toilet more stable.
