Mobile Toilet Construction Inspection Batch

Admin 05 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet construction inspection batch requires standardized acceptance from multiple aspects, covering acceptance records, quality requirements, key nodes, and testing standards.

I. Requirements for Acceptance Records The acceptance records for the installation inspection batch of finished restrooms should include the project name and the content of the application for review and acceptance, such as the self-inspection qualification of the mobile toilet installation work in the park. Additionally, it should be accompanied by attachments such as concealed work quality inspection materials and inspection batch quality inspection materials. Finally, the review or acceptance opinions should be completed with the seals of the construction project management department and the project supervision agency, as well as the signatures of relevant personnel. For the quality acceptance record form of the sub-project inspection batch for barrier-free toilets and barrier-free toilet stalls, the project overview section should clearly specify information such as the project name, sub-project name, acceptance location, and construction unit. In the acceptance conclusion section, the inspection and evaluation results of the construction unit should be signed and dated by the project professional quality inspector, while the acceptance conclusion of the supervision (construction) unit should be signed and dated by the supervising engineer (the project professional technical leader of the construction unit).

II. Quality Requirements In the sub-project of barrier-free toilets and barrier-free toilet stalls, the main control items require that the area, plan dimensions, location, quantity, and sanitary ware should meet the design requirements. The general items stipulate that the material, size, and height of the storage platform should meet the design requirements, and the allowable deviations for items such as plan dimensions are also specified.

III. Acceptance at Key Usage Nodes The acceptance of mobile public toilet projects should be completed according to six types of actions: entry, usage, cleaning, replenishment, maintenance, and relocation. Record information such as the number and dimensions of each toilet. Do not conceal ventilation and drainage issues, and electrical and lifting matters should be handled by professionals. Submit relevant conditions and management divisions during docking. Inspect from the perspectives of both users and cleaning and maintenance personnel. Re-inspect after rectification and hand over relevant items. During the review, first check the completion status of the acceptance actions.

IV. Testing Standards and Methods The testing standards require that the equipment should be brand new and unused, comply with the bidding technical specifications, perform satisfactorily within the service life under the correct conditions, and that the quantity of equipment and material usage should meet the regulations. Testing methods include supervision testing, on-site testing, operational testing, etc. Testing instruments include stopwatches, steel tapes, etc. The appearance and decorative quality inspection is carried out through visual inspection and measurement. The wind resistance performance should meet the corresponding grade requirements and undergo thrust testing. The sealing and waterproofing inspection is carried out by spraying water with a water spray gun and then checking for leaks. The airtightness inspection of the box body is carried out by filling it with water and letting it stand still.
