Mobile Toilet Construction Design Plan

Admin 16 de octubre de 2026

The mobile toilet construction design plan should be tailored to project requirements and regulatory standards, covering customized design and standardized construction processes. The following provides a detailed explanation from four aspects: plan types, material selection, structural design, and construction procedures:

I. Plan Types and Project Overview
Mobile toilet construction plans should be customized based on usage scenarios. For example, temporary toilets for construction sites adopt a single-squat modular design, typically measuring 2.3m×1.8m×2.4m, equipped with basic sanitation facilities, suitable for short-term construction scenarios. Ecological toilets for scenic spots feature a duplex structure, integrating shower functions and ecological treatment systems to meet long-term usage and environmental protection needs. The construction period should be determined based on project scale, with single units deliverable within 48 hours and bulk projects progressing at a rate of 5 units per day.

II. Material Selection Criteria
Materials should balance durability and environmental friendliness. The main structure utilizes a welded frame of galvanized square tubes (e.g., 80×80mm, wall thickness 3mm), treated with hot-dip galvanizing to comply with GB/T13912-2020 standards, ensuring structural stability at -30℃. Connection nodes use M16 expansion bolts with a tensile strength of ≥400MPa. For enclosure materials, the exterior wall employs metal carved panels (aluminum-magnesium-manganese alloy surface layer + polyurethane foam core, thermal conductivity ≤0.03W/(m·k)), the interior wall uses E0-grade bamboo fiber panels (formaldehyde emission ≤0.1mg/m³), and the roof features a three-layer composite structure (color steel plate + insulation cotton + waterproof membrane) with a slope of ≥5° for efficient drainage. The floor system consists of a cement fiber board base (18mm) and non-slip ceramic tiles (5mm), with epoxy resin used for joint filling, achieving a waterproof rating of IPX4. For functional facilities, squat toilets require a ceramic glaze (water absorption ≤0.5%, load-bearing capacity ≥300kg), washbasins are made of 304 stainless steel (thickness 1.2mm), and the exhaust system has a airflow capacity of ≥8m³/h with noise levels ≤55dB.

III. Structural Design Plan
Modular construction is the core design concept. Single cabin units adopt a 'factory prefabrication + on-site assembly' model, with the main structure completed in the workshop through welding and coating, then transported to the site for hoisting and positioning. The cabin bottom is equipped with four adjustable load-bearing legs (height range ±100mm) to adapt to uneven ground; the typhoon reinforcement system connects via top lifting rings (load-bearing capacity ≥2t) and ground concrete anchor bolts, achieving a wind resistance rating of Level 12. For drainage design, the floor features concealed drainage channels (slope 2%), washbasin drainage connects via S-shaped traps to the sewage tank, and rainwater pipes use Φ75mm UPVC pipes (drainage capacity ≥50mm/h). Thermal insulation is achieved through a composite insulation layer (density of foamed polyurethane ≥40kg/m³) and double-glazed windows (5+9A+5mm), with a heat transfer coefficient K value ≤2.8W/(m²·k); winter anti-freezing measures include wrapping water supply and drainage pipes with 30mm rubber-plastic insulation cotton and equipping with a 1500W electric tracing system (automatically activates when temperature drops below 5℃).

IV. Installation Construction Procedures
Prior to construction, a site survey should be conducted to ensure a flatness error of ≤50mm within a 3m radius, with a foundation compaction degree of ≥90% or the use of a 200mm thick C20 concrete垫层 (pad layer). The specific procedures include:

  1. Construction Surveying: Use a level and theodolite to determine installation positions;
  2. Foundation Construction: Excavate a flat foundation pit and pour a concrete foundation;
  3. Main Body Assembly: Sequentially complete the laying of the floor waterproof layer, installation of wall formwork and concrete pouring, and installation of doors and windows;
  4. Functional System Installation: Connect water supply and drainage pipes (ensuring no leaks) and electrical wiring (matching the power requirements of lighting and ventilation equipment);
  5. Cleaning and Acceptance: Conduct a comprehensive inspection of construction quality, clean the site, and submit an acceptance report.

Construction Precautions: Strictly adhere to drawings and specifications, use qualified materials, and ensure construction personnel are certified to work, guaranteeing both safety and quality standards are met.
