Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

There are various ways to construct mobile toilets, mainly divided into two types: integrated finished product installation and self-made construction.

Integrated Finished Product Installation Method

Some mobile toilets do not require complex civil engineering works and adopt an integrated finished product installation method. The installation process is similar to building with blocks, completed through upright columns and splicing and fixing. Each buckle is carefully designed to ensure a tight fit, guaranteeing the structural stability and airtightness. For example, the Apple Cabin toilet, which covers an area of 30 square meters, adopts a galvanized frame structure as a whole. This structure has high strength and corrosion resistance, enabling it to adapt to different environmental conditions. The exterior wall is made of imitation wood grain metal carved panels, which are not only aesthetically pleasing but also have thermal insulation properties, effectively improving the comfort level inside the toilet. There are two arc-shaped transparent windows at the front of the toilet, which not only increase indoor lighting but also make the overall appearance more flexible. In terms of functional layout, it has a public hand-washing area and a management area, meeting the basic needs of the public and the operational needs of management personnel.

Self-Made Portable Toilet

Some individuals also use common materials to make portable toilets by themselves. First, install universal wheels on a wooden board as the base. The design of the universal wheels allows the toilet to be moved easily. Place the cut water bucket on the base and fix the bucket body with wooden strips to ensure its stability. Then, cut the water bucket to create an entrance and exit, wrap and fix the cut edges with wooden boards, and insert aluminum-plastic panels to extend and heighten them. This series of operations not only ensures the airtightness of the toilet but also increases its internal space. After installing the bucket lid, process wooden doors from wood and install them on the door frames to complete the construction of the main frame. Then, mark the hole positions, connect elbow drain pipes, and install floor drains. Drill holes on the side to install water pipe connectors, providing channels for subsequent drainage and water supply. Place a green bucket on the top bucket lid, splice PVC pipes to make a showerhead, connect the water pipes, install valve switches and three-way pipes to realize the shower function. Drill a hole in the middle of the base as the toilet drain pipe, and finally install the toilet and apply sealant to ensure its airtightness and normal use.

In addition, mobile toilets can be classified into single-structure mobile toilets and composite-structure mobile toilets according to their structural forms, and into water-flushing and waterless-flushing suction-type mobile toilets, circulating water toilets, etc. according to their sewage treatment methods. Different types of mobile toilets have their own characteristics in terms of construction and use.
