Mobile Toilet Construction

Admin 23 de septiembre de 2026

A mobile toilet is a facility that can be moved as a whole and provides toilet services to the public. It is suitable for various places and has unique architectural features.

Structure and Materials

Mobile toilets are generally composed of fecal sewage storage tanks (or disposal devices), floor slabs, sanitary ware, walls, washing equipment, water tanks, roofs, and mobile devices. Their materials have evolved from wood to fiberglass-reinforced plastics and polyethylene. Wood has a simple structure and function but easily absorbs odors; new materials are more durable and environmentally friendly. According to the structural form, they can be divided into single-structure and composite-structure mobile toilets; according to the moving method, there are lifting and handling types, powered and towed types, etc.; according to the sewage treatment method, they can be divided into water-flushing and non-water-flushing suction types, circulating water-flushing types, and dry-packing types.

Design Principles

The design of mobile toilets follows the principles of easy mobility, economic durability, environmental protection and ecological friendliness, environmental benefits, improved efficiency, and the promotion of humanitarianism. The overall structure needs to be lightweight, using lightweight and durable materials while being sturdy and reliable. When designing, the height and width of the toilet should be controlled to ensure that the mobile device is complete and reasonable, facilitating overall movement and setup.

Installation Method

Mobile toilets do not require civil engineering. They are installed as finished products and can be used immediately upon placement. The installation process is like building with blocks, with columns and splicing for fixation, completed in one step. Every buckle fits tightly, ensuring the stability and safety of the toilet.

Appearance and Functional Examples

Mobile toilets have diverse appearances and practical functions. For example, there is a simple and practical four-squat-position mobile toilet, which is 4 meters long and 2.3 meters wide, with a pointed roof. The exterior wall is made of heat-insulating metal carved panels. The men's toilet is equipped with two squat positions, urinals, and column basins. There is also a double-roof design exclusive to men's toilets, with metal carved panels on the front and two decorative windows, providing good light transmission and being both aesthetically pleasing and practical.

Suitable Places

Mobile toilets are suitable for stations, docks, tourist attractions, villa areas, newly built residential areas, large construction sites, squares, densely populated public places, and bustling commercial streets, etc. They can meet the temporary or fixed toilet needs of different places.
