Mobile Toilet Configuration Table

Admin 21 de septiembre de 2026

The mobile toilet configuration table should be flexibly adjusted according to the purpose, scale, and scenario. The core configurations include four major categories: basic standards, functional systems, special scenario adaptations, and technical parameters, as detailed below:

I. Basic Configuration Standards

  1. Quantity Configuration: Calculate based on audience size, with 1 standard toilet stall allocated for every 500-800 people. The ratio of female toilet stalls should be approximately 1.2:1, and accessible stalls (1 for every 10 standard stalls) and baby care rooms should be provided. For example, a concert with 30,000 attendees would require 60-70 toilet stalls, with approximately 35-40 female stalls.
  2. Standard Toilet Stalls: Adopt the '1+1+1 model' (toilet bowl + urinal + sink), equipped with toilet paper, hand soap, hooks, a shelf, a mirror, and a trash bin. The flushing system should preferably be foot-operated or sensor-activated, with a water tank capacity of 5-10 liters (high-end models can reach 100-200 liters).
  3. Accessible Facilities: Must include handrails, an emergency call button, wheelchair turning space, and a low-positioned sink with anti-slip flooring.

II. Functional Configurations

  1. Environmental Control: The ventilation system should be equipped with a 20-50 watt powerful exhaust fan, with an air exchange rate of 10-15 times per hour. Lighting should use 5-15 watt LED energy-saving lamps, with some equipped with emergency lights. In cold regions, insulation materials or electric heaters should be installed, while in hot regions, ventilation skylights or small air conditioners should be added.
  2. Cleaning Services: Regularly remove garbage, disinfect, and replenish water and electricity supplies daily. High-end models can be equipped with hand dryers and aroma systems.

III. Special Scenario Adaptations

  1. Peak Hours: Temporary portable toilets or movable sinks should be added 1 hour before the start of a concert and 30 minutes after its conclusion.
  2. Severe Weather: Lay anti-slip mats, set up rain shelters, and inspect the drainage system to prevent water accumulation.
  3. Scenic Areas/Construction Sites: Scenic areas should reinforce anti-slip flooring and handrail designs; construction sites should use waterproof casings, reinforced wheel sets, and durable structures.

IV. Technical Parameters (Per Toilet Stall)
The power supply is AC220V, 50HZ, with dimensions approximately 1100mm×1200mm×2550mm. The squat toilet dimensions are 690mm×580mm×570mm, with a waste collection tank capacity of 500L×300L×240L (for some models), a circulation rate of 35-50 people per day, and optional waste disposal systems including foot-operated packaging, foam sealing, or microbial degradation.

Additional Recommendations: Core components must comply with the 'GB/T 26963-2011 Mobile Toilets' standard, with a focus on airtightness, odor control, and insulation performance. High-end configurations (such as air conditioners and water heaters) will increase costs and maintenance difficulty. It is recommended to adjust flexibly based on budget and site conditions and clarify requirements with the supplier before leasing.
