Introduction to Mobile Toilet Configuration

Admin 24 de septiembre de 2026

The configuration of mobile toilets covers basic structures, internal facilities, sewage treatment technologies, optional features, and application scenarios, as detailed below:

1. Basic Structure and Materials The main frame of mobile toilets is mostly welded using national standard steel to ensure structural stability. The surface is covered with anti-corrosion and fire-resistant materials such as color-coated steel plates, metal carved plates, stainless steel plates, or aluminum-plastic composite panels, with a service life of over 20 years. The exterior wall material is selected based on environmental requirements. For example, metal carved plates with a thickness of 8 centimeters offer both thermal insulation and anti-rust properties. Some models use light steel keel welding to meet overall lifting requirements, facilitating rapid deployment and relocation.

2. Internal Facilities Sanitary equipment is the core standard configuration, including squat toilets (or sit toilets), urinals, water tanks, and water heaters. Some models are equipped with showerheads to accommodate long-term use scenarios. Auxiliary features include coat hooks, vanity mirrors, waste bins, lighting, exhaust fans, door locks, and occupancy indicators to enhance convenience. The floor is made of non-slip materials (such as marble or specialized non-slip flooring), paired with automatic flushing toilets and ventilation and lighting systems to ensure safety and hygiene.

3. Sewage Treatment and Technology Types

  • Water-flush Type: Utilizes intermittent aerobic and anaerobic treatment units with the addition of biological bacteria to decompose feces. The treated water can be recycled for flushing, achieving resource reuse.
  • Waterless Suction Type: Excrement is collected in biodegradable plastic bags, which are automatically replaced and collected after use, suitable for water-scarce environments.
  • Foam Sealing Type: Uses foam to cover the surface of excrement, blocking odors and reducing flushing water volume, resulting in significant water savings.
  • Dry Packing Type: Features no water-flushing mechanism and relies on biodegradable materials to directly pack excrement, offering simple operation.
  • Intelligent Water-saving Type: Automatically collects hand-washing water and adds specialized agents to achieve a flushing effect of only 0.46 liters per person, significantly reducing water consumption.

4. Optional Configurations and Extended Features Depending on the scenario requirements, additional features such as heating and cooling air conditioners, air purifiers, freeze protection systems, heating systems, background music, and water-saving faucets can be added. Some models are equipped with sound insulation systems and gable roof designs to withstand extreme temperatures (such as minus 40 degrees Celsius). The exterior dimensions and inlet dimensions can be customized to meet different spatial needs.

5. Application Scenarios and Characteristics Mobile toilets are widely used in public places such as outdoor events, temporary construction sites, parks and scenic spots, service areas, and rural areas. They offer advantages such as a small footprint, short construction period, and reusability. They support vehicle transportation and traditional public toilet renovations. Some prefabricated designs (such as four-squat models) are equipped with rain-proof corridors and public sinks, further expanding functionality and practicality.
